An Atheist Challenge to Dr Sam Harris: Christians going on Offence

The following animation follows the journey of two Christian apologists Jonathan Sheffield the Autodidact & Kris "Kdub" Williams as they seek out the golden child of Atheism Dr. Sam Harris to present to him a "Koan" in the form of a rap for him to solve.

The scope of this animation project is to change the dialogue with Atheists from a philosophical to a historical discussion centered on dealing with the evidence presented in the first century as testified in the Gospel Publications of Matthew Mark Luke and John.

Modern day Atheists have promoted a postmodern view that the gospel publications in the first century are based in Myth and Fantasy - so in this animation we are presenting them with a challenge to prove their Hypothesis.

Surely, if Christianity is a myth which was a theory that was first introduced in the late 18th century by the likes of David Strauss, then Atheists shouldn't have any problem replicating a similar myth convincing the world of it following the lead of the amazing Randy who was able to disprove what the psychics were doing. So you can answer the challenge that is being presented?

The second part of the challenge which is an undertone of the animation is if the Gospels are a myth and the apostles are not the authors, then who were the agent/agents propagating the myths throughout the Roman Empire, creating all these books and then setting up the churches.

Pretty neat animation but I don't think it does what it was trying to do. Yes we can go back to all of the records and find evidence of all kinds of things that went down in history but that doesn't prove or disprove the gospel of Jesus Christ. There is no denying that Christianity existed but proving the resurrection of Jesus and all his miracles still really only comes down to bible itself there is evidence that there was a man named Jesus Christ and that he was a prophet in fact even in the koran he is mentioned just as a different person but even so it still all comes down to faith. Believe it or not it's actually not as hard as it seems to create and fabricate a religion and an invisible God and a savior in which millions of people in the world would believe and make churches of in fact that is what is being planned with the one world religion.

Not to mention the fact that you can show all the evidence in the world but God's kingdom does not rely on facts or what we can prove but faith, I mean you have even seen the debates here in cc right? Evidence is shown with all kinds of scriptures that should be more than enough to get another person to understand yet even with the word of God itself how many actually prove or disprove anything to others? The problem is that anything with God's kingdom when relaying to an unbeliever can be neither proved nor disproved and there is always another counter evidence to propose if one looks hard enough. It isn't proof or evidence that makes a heart believe

Look at the fact of what is ignored is the writings of the New Testament are witness statements written by the people involved except for Luke and Acts which was written by Luke as a scribe from what he was told by the first hand witnesses. The only exception is Revelation.

In addition there are contemporary histories mentioning a few events.

If the apostles are the authors of the Gospels then wouldn't the Gospels be a myth?

While the holy men of God spake as the Holy Ghost moved them [See 2 Peter 1:21] For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe. The problem atheists have is the New Testament was written by the witnesses or information gained from the witnesses (Luke and Acts). Also there are contemporary histories mentioning Jesus and the Apostles creating the religion of Christianity and the fact of the empty tomb.

Another problem is Archaeology proves the facts of places, people, and events are 100% accurate. No history has this accuracy.
