The joining together of two things is generally considered a marriage, A common colloquialism is to marry things together referring to inanimate objects.
This I also presume is how proponents of the Gen 6 argument get around angels mating with woman being a marriage, there is no formal union or ceremony where the angel says "I do take this woman to be my lawfully wedded wife"
and the woman says "I do take this... ah angel to be my lawfully wedded ah...guardian angel?"
Also where does this end, God is sovereign and we are all tested with various pleasures and lusts, and God did make sensual pleasure for us to enjoy in a certain context, yet there is a downward spiral if we start lusting for things the wrong way, which is how things deteriorate even to homosexual acts becoming harmless.
Thats why I was presuming you also see the act of adultery as a sin, do you see it as a sin in heaven?
