I think Satan the counterfeiter does use them. Just as God the Creator uses them for good. You could say when goods increase so does the advancing the god of technology . The Amish stopped at electricity and electronic devises like cars . Again it seems to replacing the God who wrote the scripture . I think technology is not evil in of its own self, it can be a great tool for spreading the word or communing with someone but a smart phone could never replace the Spirit of God.
