Aging is a byproduct of the operation of the body's biological systems. It's not directly caused by sin, since we know that it's caused by natural processes (such as telomere shortening, free radical damage, and the buildup of various types of junk in and between cells). However, is the current biological aging set-up originally the result of sin? That's another question altogether, which would have to be answered, if possible, through scripture.
Our bodies produce electromagnetic fields from our hearts and our brains. The make-up of these fields would be determined by our emotional state. How these fields effect our cellular structure at the atomic level is still to be determined. It is known that happiness and love are benifical to recovery from sickness, but not knowen how.

"It was after the great flood that we had the Caine and Abel incident."
Uh no it wasn't. Cain and Able were the first 2 sons ever, and they did not go on the ark.

Anyway, when God placed te curse on all of creation he withdrew some of his sustaining power. Up until that point God was the source and giver of eternal life. Just as I believe he would have prevented Adam falling and breaking a bone or similar.
Since some of the sustaining power is removed things now circle in decay and in time fall apart.

From a genetic point of view, age is dictated by the genes and specifically how many times a cell is allowed to replicate before it stops and dies. When Noah got on the ark and the world was flooded a huge amount of the human race's genetic code also drowned. I believe Noah was unable to pass on the genetic code he had that allowed him to live to an old age, because of degenerate mutations. Adam and Eve's body's were perfect, but every generation since then has more and more decay and mutations mixed in with it. We don't evolve, we actually devolve.

Can God allow a man to live to an old age of 900 now? Certainly he can. Will he? I doubt it highly.
No amount of naming it and claiming it will achieve what God does not see fit to do.

I accept that mankind is in a steady decline, but at some point there has to be a change. The problem with the world today is it will not accept the word base on the fact it is from God. Most people today only believe scientifically proven facts. I do not believe that God made us in his image just for mankind to remain an infant with knowledge. Adam was to be taught everything he needed to know from God, but he stuffed up. I believe God's plan is to create heaven on earth and at some point in the future with inspiration from God mankind will unlock the mystery of aging, because for earth to be like heaven, we must be eternal.
