The current belief on this earth is that Jesus Christ will come at the end of a 6000 year period. Let's say this is true. It will then mean that Jesus has already been here to collect the saved and that Satan has been bound in a pit of darkness. This millennium period is also the period when the 'saved will be with Jesus Christ in heaven' which means that all of us on this earth now, are unsaved. Now, I am confused as the Bible teaches us that 'every eye will see Him on the clouds.' I have not seen Him and so the rest of the world, or am I wrong? So, if I am correct it means that the 6000 years have not ended yet, or that the times periods are different ie. 1 day could be 10,000 years, or the calculation of the 6000 years from creation up to now is wrong. Maybe somebody has the answer. Also, if you believe that there will be a 1000 year peace period on this earth I need to know how you deduct this as the 'saved' have been taken up onto the clouds and gone to heaven, Satan is bound in a pit of darkness, and his fellow angels are loose on this earth with the living unsaved. Do you think it is at all possible to have peace with NO angels from heaven on this earth? I doubt it. Your comments with 'facts' will be appreciated and no babbling please. I can back my facts that I have given you here.

There are so many ways to interpret this, that there is no deciding. It's just like the Jews missed Jesus' birth, even though they had the prophecies.

The Oneida community believed the rapture had occurred in 70 AD or so, and that us and they were all "left behinds" They founded the city of Oneida, NY and their factory probably made the silverware on your table. I count them as Christian if unusual, but you can draw your own conclusion. The Oneida Community - New York History Net
