Matthew 5:23-25



23 Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you,
24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift. 25 Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison.

Christ came to give us truth because no deciet lies came out of His mouth 1st Peter 2/22 2nd Cor 11/10 as the truth of christ is in me and no one can stop me from boasting in the region of Achaia (they recieved the truth coming out of christ mouth it is a free gift you dont even have to pay for it just believe Christ words which cannot lie it is the truth that set us free and whom the Son sets free is free indeed (from the devils lies the devil cant lie to truth

First of all that passage is not about if you offended others. It's a call to going above and beyond the call of duty.

Jesus said, if you realize that somebody else has a problem with you!.... not if you have a problem with others. So we have the responsibility to do more than just taking car of our own griefs, but to try and reconcile others' problems with us, too.

Lastly, an apology that starts with the word "IF" is no apology at all.
