Does the bible talk about anything that implies that there is life in other planets. I am drawn to the growing belief amongst scientists that we might not be the only occupants on earth or in the galaxy.
Just curious - which scientists? Because the origin of life and the evolution process without God guiding it is such a series of "lucky miracles" that it is mathematically almost impossible.

To your question - I dont think there is a direct mention of this in the bible. Some says that verses like "stars sing to your glory" can mean some inhabitants of that solar systems, because dead matter cant sing. But it can be also just a poetic description.
Some will also say that the sons of God in Gen 6 are some aliens, but I think they were angels (i.e. from higher dimension, not from another planet) as the book of Jude says.

And even if there were some other planets inhabited by intelligent life, God has created very good quarantine to restrict any contact between solar systems (huge distances in the universe)

Phoenix Lights case - March 13, 1997
The Phoenix Lights: The mystery remains - CBS 5 - KPHO

"It was like a [shopping] mall flying over my home," she said of the craft, described by multiple witnesses as being over a mile wide.
"Seriously, when it flew over it was beautiful," Watson said. "It had these lights in front and then it was totally illuminated underneath, like a yellowish amber. It was a totally rounded boomerang shape."

Ezek 1:4
4 And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.
KJV

OT:2830
chashmal (khash-mal'); of uncertain derivation; probably bronze or polished spectrum metal:
KJV - amber.

Ezek 1:7
7 And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.
KJV

Ezek 1:9
9 Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.
KJV

Ezek 1:14
14 And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.
KJV

Ezek 1:16
16 The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.
KJV

Ezek 1:17
17 When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went.
KJV

Ezek 1:18
18 As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.
KJV

Imagine living in Ezekiel's days and seeing this image suddenly appearing out of the heavenly. What objects would he have to relate to it?

A wheel within a wheel can refer to different circumferences of a round object. A wheel going upon its side would mean turned flat, like a saucer, since an upright wheel not on its side would normally be in a cart wheel orientation. An object that goes in different directions without turning suggests a round saucer-like shape; being round it has no particular side to point to with the direction it's traveling.

Straight feet with pads that sparkled like burnished brass? Suggests some type of landing gear.

Rings full of eyes? Since Ezekiel said the wheels were turned on their side, meaning horizontal like a saucer, then these rings with eyes would suggest port windows.

And it went and returned as fast as a flash of lightening? That's how some UFO reporters have claimed they saw the objects move.

So is that what Ezekiel really saw appear out of the heavenly?

There IS another life form and they are called Angles and Demons.

It could be that Satan and his Demons use "space Aliens" to deceive people and keep them from looking to God.

If Satan can keep you from accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior with "space Aliens", then this is probably what Satan will use.

"For God so loved the WORLD" (not worlds). The early church was to share the gospel with every creature (soul). How could they reach other worlds? Even if we could someday, we would then have to assume that they live longer than humans ever have, and there's a problem with that. Because God shortened man's days because of sin and for the sake of the elect. (Adam lived over 900 years). God made all creatures and outer space. So if these other beings sinned, their years would be shortened also, and God, not wishing for anyone to not have a chance to be saved, would have to have them wait at least 2016 years to hear the gospel- long after they would already die. And if they are out there and didn't sin, they'd be in heaven.

If God, angels and fallen angels fit into your equation, then sure the bible supports the idea of life operating somewhere else besides Earth. (Though there is a lot not told/revealed to us yet for reasons God knows. But we will know as we are known one day, as the bible says. Whether through Yeshua's coming or our home going.)

Living beings/angels/sons of God in the heavens
------------------------------------------------------------
One term used is heavenly hosts: host.PNG
Genesis 2:1
( Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. )

Nehemiah 9:6
( Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee. )

Isaiah 45:12
( I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded. )

Luke 2:13-14
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

Hosts(Used to refer to armies also)
Isaiah 34:2
Deuteronomy 20:9
Psalm 68:12

Lord of hosts
1 Samuel 4:4
2 Samuel 6:2
Isaiah 6:3

I remember reading a book by Billy Graham when I was about 17. He discusses this very issue of such sightings and proposed some may be angels and gives some example stories. One interesting point he made was related to the fact the Earth, the Heavens and many things we see around us look completely different depending on the spectrum of light you observe them in. We don't see it right away because our eyes see in the a certain light spectrum. Some ordinary rocks dazzle when seen in other light. In similar way, such heavenly being and their world operations are always going on around us, we just can't see it. A great example being Elisha praying that the eyes of a young man may be opened to see the angels:

2 Kings 6:16-17
And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

And I guess it's worth mentioning here the time Elisha witnessed Elijah being taken up in a fiery chariot, just to make the point that heavenly beings use 'chariots'(though their existence, as described in the bible, appears to not totally require chariots to travel in the heavens.....as in majority of sci-fi media where they usually travel via space ships. If man can make ships to fly in space, God can create creatures to do the same, and way more advanced):

2Kings 2:11-12
And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof.

If the people during those time had smart phones with camera's, I wonder if they would have recorded something similar to the following links (though, not saying the following are valid, but possible):

The way I settle it in my mind, especially because of what that Ezekiel 1 Scripture appears to point to, is that with 'many' things, as it is on earth, so it is in Heaven. We have vehicles to get around in here on earth, and there's both good and bad people driving them. Likewise there vehicles in the Heavenly with both good and bad angels driving them. Ezekiel's vision would be a case of good angels from God, maybe even The Angel of The LORD. And I don't think of such vehicles as coming from some distant solar system or galaxy, but simply moving from the Heavenly dimension that's behind a veil, and suddenly appearing in our earthly dimension, which is exactly how observers of UFO's have reported that the object suddenly appeared, and likewise suddenly disappeared.

In summary, there is... another dimension of existence besides this earthly realm we live in. Time to adjust to that.

Maybe a little of both, though traveling great distances could be nothing to them. Like when Philip disappeared after witnessing to the Ethiopian and was taken somewhere else instantly.
