Can you give an example of relative truth?
Well there is cultural relativism and such gave me the idea that doctrinal relativism might exist given the many interpretations of one text(e.g John3:16). Arminians and Calvinists have a different approach to that scripture, as well as other scriptures.

I think it's both. Absolute in that it's universal and subjective in that it speaks to an individual heart within it's particular situation.

Cultural relativism is 'relative' being a formulation of opinions and ideas. Truth by definition is not relative.
Doctrinal relativism does certainly exist, we call it 'interpretation'.

That is a very in-depth question. All the threads on this website couldn't particularly answer everything. I believe it is all absolute and relative, it would have to be to be able to help anyone and everyone and deal with all situations, to be the True God's Word.
