As for the 14th Chapter of Corinthians, one must also keep in mind the situation Paul found in Corinth when he established the church there.......again, study about the Temple of 1,000 Prostitutes, the social customs of that time in that particular city.

Already been answered. As the word 'pastor' is defined today, neither women or men have a biblical leg to stand on when making themselves a 'pastor'.
The elders were a collective group of shepherds watching over the new converts. Not one elder dominated the others.
