Fatima? Hallucinations? 70,000 had a hallucination or were depressed? These were faithful and secular
LOL they did not see a vision of Mary all they saw was a rather strange phenomenon to do with the sun which could have a hundred natural explanations. They were expecting to see Mary because of some hallucinated children. But all they saw was a natural phenomenon..

Auguste Meessen has stated sun miracles cannot be taken at face value and that the reported observations were optical effects caused by prolonged staring at the sun. Meessen contends that retinal after-images produced after brief periods of sun gazing are a likely cause of the observed dancing effects. Similarly Meessen states that the color changes witnessed were most likely caused by the bleaching of photosensitive retinal cells. Meessen observes that Sun Miracles have been witnessed in many places where religiously charged pilgrims have been encouraged to stare at the sun. He cites the apparitions at Heroldsbach, Germany (1949) as an example, where many people within a crowd of over 10,000 testified to witnessing similar observations as at Fátima. [SUP]][/SUP] Meessen also cites a British Journal of Ophthalmology article that discusses some modern examples of Sun Miracles

Happy Birthday Church!!!!!! 1,982 yrs old on Pentecost Sunday!!!!!

Which church are you saying happy birthday to ???

The true Church of Christ that is made up of all believers/followers of Jesus Christ, or are you talking about the Catholic church that did not exist tell the 2nd century?

If it is the true Church which is the body of believers then I will agree with you, but if you are speaking of the Catholic church then I can not as the term nor a church going by that name was heard of at the time of Pentecost. It was not formed tell over 70 years later in the time frame of 101 AD to 200 AD !!!

Thank you. You must let me know when the birthday of the Roman Catholic church was in the 8th century.
The Papacy was not organized until the second half of the 8th century. It broke away from the Eastern Church under Pippin III (in the Ency. Brit., 13th Ed., vol. 21, page 636).

Peter was never the Pope of the Catholic Church. Its amazing how you mwc68 are so willing to do the will of Satan. And yes you do worship Mary. Every time you pray the Rosary you ARE worshiping Mary as your god.

It does not matter what you or Pope Francis or the Roman Catholic Church says mwc68, what matters is what the Holy Spirit says in the Scriptures. The Holy Spirit clearly says Mary was a sinner and Mary died a sinner. Which proves that today the Roman Catholic Church is a Cult that follows Mary as one of their gods.

Did you know mwc68 that those who do not do the Will of the Father will never enter into Heaven? Teaching that Mary needed to be sinless is NOT doing the Will of the Father. Teaching that Mary was assumed into Heaven is NOT doing the Will of the Father.

Matthew 7:21-23
[SUP]21 [/SUP] " Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven.
[SUP]22 [/SUP] " Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?'
[SUP]23 [/SUP] "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'

This is what you have to face mwc68 if you keep on the road you are on. You need to leave the Roman Catholic Church like I did 50 years ago mwc68. You need to turn away from the false teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. You mwc68 need the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit to teach you the Truths that are in the Scriptures only. There is no Truth in the Roman Catholic Church. All they have is lies to keep you in bondage to the Roman Catholic Church.

That is another of the Roman Catholic fairy tales. Peter was never in Rome for any length of time and he was certainly never bishop of Rome. Indeed it is an historically accepted fact that the church in Rome did not have a sole bishop until mid 2nd century AD. There was no Pope as such until 8th century AD and that was over secessionist Rome.

So True Valiant. This proves that the Roman Catholics like mwc68 are trying to deceive people into following the Corrupted Roman Catholic Church and Mary instead of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit!

No we hate the distorted image you turn her into. Louis de Montfort was a crank who was obsessed with a fairy tale. He led tens of thousands away from the truth into false religion. He was a pathetic Satanically inspired heretic.

1Cor 12. "No one can say Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit" Yall continue to say i don't have the Holy Spirit, yet i affim and confess Jesus is Lord daily! I just came from Mass and we had readings and the Homily on the Holy Spirit. How can you accuse me of not having the indwelling of the Holy Spirit when i humbly confess Jesus is Lord which 1 Cor 12 says can only be done by the Holy Spirit?

Very funny since St. Peter is the first pope!

Please get out of the false history taught by the Catholic church as Peter was never the first pope...

First of all Peter was crucified upside down by the Romans while Emperor Nero was in charge, and he was emperor from 54 to 68 AD.

Second the term catholic and the church going by the name of the Catholic church was not heard of and formed tell the 2nd century (101-200 AD).

Third, so you can see that Peter was crucified at least 35 years before the Catholic church was even formed so he could not have been the first pope.

You get off it! Its what the Church teaches. I will take the authority of the Church over you people any day. You are amusing and a great resource
