The word of God said so, so then why would you not accept it? that means something is missing, i urge anyone who is trying to be justified by the law to seek God with all their heart to truly be born again and be under the spirit of the law

30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.
32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;
[h=3]Romans 9:30-32[/h]
[h=3]Romans 10[/h]King James Version (KJV)

10 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
4For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them.
6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

the word of God said so.. why would you not accept it? you won't understand the righteousness of God until you surrender to him, that is what must happen then he will make you righteous and you won't be trying to be justified by your works of righteousness, all i can do is share the word of God it's up to you to accept it

The devil has told the modern church that the written law is something that God does not want us to listen to. The devil says that you must only listen to love, and that following law is not following love.

God tells us that love and law must be combined, God explains many things about the law. We are only made holy and forgiven through God, through grace, we can't do it ourselves. We can't buy God's favor by obedience to law. That law without love is nothing. So the devil takes all these truths, and instead of teaching them as truth the devil says it means that we are not to listen to law.

The devil uses this in our world, and the churches fall right in with it. They say it is OK for teens to dress to be sexy. We can watch for mistakes others make and make them suffer for it. God really didn't mean it when He said to work six days and rest in Him from all labor, trust in only Him for one day. God says to trust always in him, why should he add a special day? When God says He has a right to judge, he doesn't really mean it because God says that He is a loving God, and a loving God will not only accept me but accept my sin.

The modern church has opened the doors to the devil by not standing firm on sin.

No my sister, i don't think your following what i'm trying to say here, the law is holy and righteous and without the law they won't be any sin for by the law the world will be judge, what i have been trying to tell everyone on this forum since i got here..the reason why we don't need to follow the law because christ Jesus fulfills the law IN US, that is how we become servant of righteous the bible said so, that is why we don't need to manually follow it because it becomes part of our nature to automatically follow it

[h=3]Romans 8[/h]King James Version (KJV)

8 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

do you see?! that is what enables us to walk the path of CHRIST we walk according to the spirit and not of the flesh through christ jesus

I'f we were not to abide by a conduct to live by in life with Christ, then we would have no instructions on it like we have throughout the new testament.Grace yes,God still has expectations of us most definitely no matter what anybody may argue.The law was merciless before Christ,but that does not mean we are free to be careless now.

it's impossible to be careless if christ is in you, you might fall a few times but if the truth is in you, you wouldn't dare want to go against God because you also have the fear of God in you, that is why the Just shall live by faith, and we automatically live the appropiately through the grace of God if you look at people's testimony how God change their life they never turn back, why? because they are under the righteousness of Christ and have a new nature

To say that we don't need to manually fulfill the law is distorting God's word and opening up the world for the devil. Of course, Christ fulfilled the law. It is only through Christ we are forgiven of our sins. Christ fulfilled the law.

In order for us to allow Christ to fulfill the law we must do our part, we must repent of sin and accept God's grace. It includes living a life that God spelled out for us Manually, if you want to use that word for it.

Without that we go to a world ruled by the devil, ruled by manually obeying sin and death.

We have a new nature in Christ and when we receive the Holy Spirit. We daily die to self and live in Christ. When we live by faith it means that we trust God enough to act on what God says. All this is true.

We still have our fleshly nature as well. We still have a choice to make daily. We still need to pray to the Lord to lead us away from temptation. If we sit back and say to God that we won't do anything to handle our nature or to handle temptations, we are lost. God expects our involvement. God will not lead us around like a robot even then. God expects us to be involved.

We have died to the law both as a means of justification and as a means of LIFE.
The law serves the purpose of continually showing us our sin, condemning us and pointing us to our only hope...JESUS CHRIST AND HIM CRUCIFIED.

Galatians 2:17-21 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.
For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.
For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Romans 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

We have DIED to the law that we may LIVE to Christ.

We have DIED to the law that we may LIVE to Christ.

We have DIED to the law that we may LIVE to Christ.

When will this living relationship penetrate some thick skulls???

after you repent you won't be living the life anymore it will be christ living the life in you, you just don't understand.. he make us righteous we won't need to do anything before you say anything read the scripture carefully to see what is going on, the Jews try to be righteous by following the law AS THE SCRIPTURE STATES same thing your trying to do, when we truly suppose to follow the righteousness of God which is to let him live the life for us and FULFILL the law in US, it is right there... quit reading with a carnal mind and just read it open mindly you will never see what it is saying if you going with a certain kind of mindset

My brother i will tell you from my experience and from looking at other people who are fully born again, it is even a covenant God made with us when we accept him, it is written he will put his law in our mind and hearts, that is what fulfill means right there, since that they God change me i was never the save he enabled me to live a righteous life, that is what all of us need to do instead of doing our own thing accept him and let him live the life for us

This is completely different, obviously we live our lives and still make choices but no way we are going to say im gonna go back in the world and do wordly things, etc because the truth is in us, we must go through our trials and tribulations and test, but God makes us righteous in the heart and mind, that is why, he said he came to FULFILL the law and prophets..

This is the painful part brother.. to actually present the word of God and show people but they still don't accept it... the carnal mind does not accept the things of God they are spiritual discerned. exactly what is going on, if many experience actually being born again they would understand what i am talking about

The people in your life can be a stumbling block if you feed into the things they say instead of having faith.I am being tested forgive me I have those in my life trying to steal my faith by accusing me of any little thing so I will need to pray to be stronger in Christ.They try and make me feel like I don't measure up with God and sometimes it gets to me I am under constant pressure.

Jesus sat with sinners and was condemned for it, but i feel when He was sitting with them He was sharing with them how to get well, He is the Great Doctor. i don't think He just sat and said carry on with how you are living you will get well.
