Psa 119:9 BETH. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
Psa 119:10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
Psa 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
Psa 119:12 Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
Psa 119:13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
Psa 119:14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
Psa 119:15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
Psa 119:16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
Psa 119:17 GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.
Psa 119:18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
Psa 119:19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
Psa 119:20 My soul breaketh for the longing that it hathunto thy judgments at all times.
Psa 119:21 Thou hast rebuked the proud that arecursed, which do err from thy commandments.
Psa 119:22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.
Psa 119:23 Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.
Psa 119:24 Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.

Psa 119:25 DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.
Psa 119:26 I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.
Psa 119:27 Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.
Psa 119:28 My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.
Psa 119:29 Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.
Psa 119:30 I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.
Psa 119:31 I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.
Psa 119:32 I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
Psa 119:33 HE. Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
Psa 119:34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
Psa 119:35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
Psa 119:36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
Psa 119:37 Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.
Psa 119:38 Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.
Psa 119:39 Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.
Psa 119:40 Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.

He has another 10 hour video on Psalm 119 where he puts the videos together into a marathon. Spot listened to parts of that video and he does not recognize Psalm 119 as the Son's prayer. He uses the typical term the "Psalmist" to refer to the person praying the Psalm. Since he does not recognize Psalm 119 as the Son's prayer, he ends up misinterpreting and misapplying what is said in the Psalm for the most part.

He also quotes many early church leaders who did long commentaries on Psalm 119 and did not recognize it as the Son's prayer. Since they did not recognize Psalm 119 as the Son's prayer they end up misleading people in the meaning of the Psalm and the law. Their long commentaries end up being mostly wasted words since they do not understand it is the Son praying.

have yet to read an early Church leader who understood Psalm 119 is the Son's prayer. They are certainly believers who will be in the Kingdom but they are mistaken on their treatises on Psalm 119. Since Psalm 119 is so long they seemed inclined to try to outdo it with huge misleading interpretations of their own.

it takes about 14 minutes to read Psalm 119 in entirety. it would seem more worthwhile to do that while considering that each verse is the Son praying than listening to hours and hours of misleading preaching or reading long commentaries about the Psalm that don't even know Who is praying it but fancy themselves some kind of authority on it.

could be he does not see it yet about the psalms being Jesus prayer but the info he provides is interesting nonetheless.
Maybe you could write to him to see what he thinks? it would be interesting.

This comes to mind from your comments on psalms 119 being a prayer from Jesus.

Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
Dan 12:2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
Dan 12:3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
Dan 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Yes, it is as if His prayers in the Psalms have been sealed till this time. It is hard to understand how Psalm 119 being His prayer was not recognized all this time with so many people even claiming to meditate on it and read it daily.

With verses like 74 and 79 which clearly can only be Him praying, how did they miss it?

74 They that fear Thee will be glad when they see Me; because I have hoped in Thy Word.

79 Let those that fear Thee turn unto Me, and those that have known Thy testimonies.

and then with His oath He took in verse 106 to keep His Father's righteous judgments, that means it can only be His prayer. He even said in the Sermon on the mount that we are not to swear oaths because we are oath breakers. So it can only be the Son praying Psalm 119 and taking an oath to be obedient to the law which required Him to offer His life to save us.

106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep Thy righteous judgments.

Listened to the last half hour of his 10 hour vid last night and he clearly does not recognize Psalm 119 as the Son's prayer. Unfortunately, he ends up misinterpreting the Psalm and misapplying it to our lives like most preachers do. He also was misled by the mistranslation in verse 176 which is key to understanding the Psalm and knowing it is the Son's prayer. His intentions are clearly good and he relays lots of quotes from others who wrote on the Psalm but they also did not see it. In the end the commentators and preachers end up misleading and confusing people because they do not recognize Psalm 119 as the Son's prayer.

It is difficult to convince preachers who are so invested in their interpretations that they could be wrong and missing a key point like Who is actually praying, especially when they have spent so much time studying other respected preachers who are also mistaken. The posts about Psalm 119 on this forum kind of show that.

If you are convinced Psalm 119 is the Son's prayer and feel inclined to write to him then feel free. Not much up for a debate with anyone at this point. Only trying to relay what is revealed in the Word about Who is speaking in various Psalms with 119 being one of the most important to understanding Scripture.

The law is for and about the Son. It was His path to life because of His obedience to the law in offering His life as a sacrifice for our sins to save us. Psalm 119 is His prayer which tells us the Law was His path to life because of His obedience.

Okay, but what do you mean when you say they mislead people about the meaning of the law? If the true teaching is the law was Christ's path to life, what is the false teaching?

when they do not recognize that Psalm 119 is the Son's prayer for life because of obedience to the law and then try to apply the Psalm to us instead of realizing it is the Son praying about the Law and testimonies and precepts and statutes and commandments and word and how it applies to Him, they end up misleading us about the law and it's purpose for the Son.

the purpose of the law to the Son was to save Him from the death that He suffered for us because of His obedience to the law in giving His life to save us as the law required of Him. That is what Psalm 119 tells us when knowing it is the Son's prayer. It also reveals so much more about His mind and how He loves His Father and trusts and depends on Him completely. Knowing Psalm 119 is the Son's prayer reveals this and so much more about Him.

What kinds of things do they teach about the law and it's purpose for the Son that are misleading? Can you give some examples?

Nah, you're being evasive and dodgy. There are only two reasons a person does that: 1) They don't really have a grasp on what they're talking about; or 2) They're hiding something. I don't know which is your case, and I don't really care at this point.

More bolding showing it can only be the Son's prayer.

verse 67 more accurately translated.

67 before I was afflicted I was unaware, but now I have kept Thy Word.

This is in complete agreement with Hebrews 5 which tells us He learned and was perfected through what He suffered to save us.
