True, however, if you consider the derivative economic impacts, it has been very effective. 
I think there is some political, socio-economic factors are play here.
I find it very interesting that the stock market was not that affected by the Spanish Flu, but then those were different times, if the numbers continue to escalate world wide and supply chains continue to be affected certainly a global recession in view.
It is the result of the Peoples Republic of China enacting a very real attack on the US and the world. Their reasoning is to cause serious economic damage to the US and other Governments. They don't care about the lives of their Citizens, and, besides, they have millions they could allow to die without hindering their economy, in fact, it would probably strengthen their National Wealth simply because they don't have to support those unfortunate people.

Remember the Holy Spirit is the HOLY spirit.
He was given in such magnitude if power for several reasons.
One of those reasons was so we could live Holy.
Tons of believers are not convicted of sin.
That fleshy walk is documented in the Corinthian church and the seven letters to the seven churches.
My walk will always have a degree of Holiness.
My target is To be like Jesus.
My empowerment to walk like him in Holiness is through the Holy Spirit

I think God would tell us if he was intending to send a plague, like he did with the egyptians.
Remember he also gave the Israelites instructions on how to survive it.
You place the blood of the lamb on the doorposts of your house and the angel of death will passover your dwelling.
The interesting thing is those that did not obey and do this died with the rest as God was going to devastate the firstborn of every household including the cattle.
I dont know if people dying from coronavirus are the firstborns...I cant say whether it is a judgment or punishment like that or not. But I will say that you need to trust in Him for your salvation.

If this is the case then one must ponder who the Scriptures state they are poured out on and the Revelation explains multiple times that they are directed towards those who "worship the image,have the name,mark ect." .
Now then if,,,this is happening then the beast has already come and is in the world but no one can identify it/him. If he has come and none have identified him as yet and his image then it would be possible that the people of the earth have his mark and worship his image at present and are deceived but the wrath cannot come unless the beast,his image and mark first come. Then and only then can those who worship it have the wrath of God upon them in punishment for worshiping the image and having it's name or mark .
God didn't cause this. Satan comes to kill steal and destroy. Sorry.. but your going to have to accept the fact that THIS is what happens when GOD is not the God of this world. God did judge.. and Christ came and ROSE PRAISE GOD GLORY TO JESUS!!!! So WE need to go tell them. And these SIGNS SHALL follow US that believe. I HEARD that this virus will touch the usa but not like other nations. There are those saints, warriors of God that know how to stand in the gap pray for this nation. The same that stood in the gap and repented for her. We KNOW why we should be JUDGED PUNISHED! But seems we still don't know our Father of grace mercy forgiveness.
