The God Delusion, by Prof Richard Dawkins?

Have you ever actually read this book? It is full of half truths and lies. I read it for an Apologetics course. But I was careful to take it out of the library and not pay for it, so Dawkins never made any money off of me!

I have a book that goes through page by page and refutes the entire book. "God is no Delusion: A Refutation of Richard Dawkins" by Thomas Crean. You might want to try it if you are sincere in your search for God.

I would love to meet fellow christians, so I will be going to churches.
Most of them here in europe are closed, only opened sunday mass.

So I'm going alone on a journey, backpacking. Hitch-hiking. Starting in Germany.
I will go whereever God will lead me.
I'm traveling away from society, to connect with God. I'm bringing my bible with me.
I wish i could travel with nothing, but i cant in reality. I have this so far,
2 t shirt, 2 nice shirts, 1 sweatshirts. Rain jacket, rain pants. Extra shoes. Towel. 1 Jeans, 1 sweat pants, 1 shorts. Passport, wallet. Travel documents. Some food like, raisins, snickers bar, minestrone soup. Lighter. iPod Charger. Old Nokia phone. Earplugs. Bible.
That's basically it.
Do you have any suggestions what i could bring more? Or what you think could be good?
I'm having very few money, basically just in case if I'm starving..

I will probably sleep on a bench on a park, or under a bridge, cause I dont have enough money to sleep on motels or anything.
But I dont know what God has for me. Could you pray for me please?

I'd recomend bringing like a guitar or some sort of instrument that you can play, and you can make money for food and stuff as you go. Either that or take a basic survival test and eat squirrels and stuff

A guitar or another instrument - one more reason to be robbed and worse while you are asleep on the park bench. Seriously, God does not protect us just because we ask Him or expect Him to. Folk have given good advice, just because others have managed to carry it off doesn't mean that their plan was not crazy too. A young girl in my family did the same thing not long ago, though not a believer and she is now back in her own country and sectioned. Instability plus any sort of mental health issues is looking for disaster. I am not saying that you have issues, but thinking of doing such an unsafe thing would make me wary of it being the case in myself. Retreat centres are very good for seeking guidance and most of them make provision for hardship.
