When do you think Lucifer fell? Lucifer had a throne said:
What i know,
1. Lucifer is a latin word not the hebrew word .
2.in Job...satan was going to fro to heaven and earth..
3. In 2thes the son of perdition did the same.
4. Satan was finally cast into earth in rev 12 and into the pit in rev 20.
5. And he did sin from the beginning...
Again when is the beginning?

I wonder if those who believe in a 'young' earth may consider factual evidence of a much older earth, to be outside of God or rather what we think we understand from the intro in Genesis?

I don't believe this is a salvic issue, but as a person of faith and reason, I cannot accept that the earth is only 6000 years old and Abraham rode a dinosaur to work (humor)

I am a YECer (young earth)

There really is no scientifically verifiable evidence to suggest a million, let alone billion year earth/universe. I think there IS a lot to suggest an under 10,000 yr earth.

if you are actually responding to someone, would you kindly quote the person you are addressing?

otherwise, you seem to be making random comments...which of course, you might be doing anyway :cautious:
See the quote

To put man before adam is also putting death before sin...
Thereby, no need for christ...salvation issue

If there is a gap Between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2, what does it matter?
Again for pre adamic theory...they are putting man before sin...or death before sin...
For just a gap theorist... earth was created not in vain it is to be inhabited...waiting million of years to populate the earth dos not go along with it.

That’s not the gap theory I believe.

Nor does this deductive reasoning.....the flood wiped out all but 8, WW2 killed 60 to 80 million, how many die a year due to disease, famine and war or genocide....explain the vitrified cities found in many locations especially India and Pakistan......the above quote does not prove anything in regards to either view!
Flood of noah...the combination of water beneath and above from the division of waters...

Does the Bible give us a specific time of the beginning or simply state that there was a beginning?
