Jhn 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Jhn 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Jhn 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Jhn 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Jhn 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
I appreciate you sharing, and that is my understanding. I was actually interested in what the poster I was asking believed.

just want to add to the excellent opening post psalm 104 (KJV)
O Lord My God, You Are Very Great
Psa 104:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
Psa 104:2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
Psa 104:3 Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
Psa 104:4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
Psa 104:5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
Psa 104:6 Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
Psa 104:7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.
Psa 104:8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.
Psa 104:9 Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
Psa 104:10 He sendeth the springs into the valleys, whichrun among the hills.
Psa 104:11 They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
Psa 104:12 By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.
Psa 104:13 He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
Psa 104:14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
Psa 104:15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread whichstrengtheneth man's heart.
Psa 104:16 The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
Psa 104:17 Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
Psa 104:18 The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.
Psa 104:19 He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
Psa 104:20 Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
Psa 104:21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
Psa 104:22 The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.
Psa 104:23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
Psa 104:24 O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
Psa 104:25 So is this great and wide sea, wherein arethings creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
Psa 104:26 There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.
Psa 104:27 These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
Psa 104:28 That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.
Psa 104:29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.
Psa 104:30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
Psa 104:31 The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.
Psa 104:32 He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.
Psa 104:33 I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
Psa 104:34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.
Psa 104:35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.

Blessings.

For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse (Rom 1:20)

It would appear that most people (including many Christians) do not really meditate on the marvels of God’s creation. But one when thinks about everything that God has made, and presently exists all over the world, one is awestruck by the “genius” of God and Christ (who was designated by God the Father to be the Creator of the universe). He is both Creator and Redeemer.

One simply has to look at the amazing varieties of all the species in the animal and vegetable kingdom, including birds, butterflies, bees, and bacteria. One simply has to ponder on the marvelous creation of the human body in all its intricate features and functions. And then we have the beauties of nature, in the mountains, forest, lakes, and streams. As well as the oceans, and the huge variety of creatures and species that live in them.

What God has also done in create every creature for the particular environment in which it is found, and thrives. And the way that the varieties of horses and other intelligent creatures exist. The intelligence of horses and many other creatures is quite remarkable. But then the Bible tells us that God made the ostrich to lack any intelligence. But all creatures have been given instincts to live and survive and reproduce, so they do exactly what they are supposed to do instinctively.

When we think of the plant kingdom, and the huge variety of trees, shrubs, medicinal plants, flowers, fruit trees, and trees producing sap and syrup, it boggles the mind. Then the way God has given both mankind and other creatures fruits, vegetables, berries, and all kinds of trees to sustain humans, animal and birds, that reveals the wisdom of God. And every species in the plant kingdom is perfectly suited for is particular environment. Only God could make all this happen by simply speaking, and creating all things out of nothing.

None of the above tells us about the laws of nature embedded into creation, and the mathematics that govern all created things with mathematical precision. God is the Great Mathematician (among other things).

Then we come to the intelligence of mankind, and that certain people have been endowed with genius, including child prodigies. Everything discovered and created by man. in accordance with the natural laws which exists, is in itself amazing. But the sinful nature of mankind has perverted science in order to maim, destroy, and kill.

When we come to the spirit realm (the most important of all realms), only human beings have been given spirits. But because of the Fall, all natural humans have “dead” spirits, and only those who have been supernaturally regenerated have spirits which are alive to God and to His written Word.

And thus we come to the Holy Bible, which is direct divine revelation given to apostles and prophets. It is not only a written Word, but it is Quick (alive), and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.(Heb 4:12, 13)

The ultimate purpose of the Bible is to reveal the Lord Jesus Christ as both God and Savior, and to present His finished work in His sufferings, His death, His burial, and His resurrection. But we should not forget His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His present divine ministry as High Priest, Mediator, and Advocate. God wants all mankind to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of His truth. And so He presents Christ throughout the Bible, particularly in the New Testament. And the way of salvation by grace through faith in Christ and His finished work of redemption.

But those who reject the Gospel and reject Christ will face Him as the Supreme Judge. Thus God now commands all men everywhere to repent (Acts 17:3o)
So I just started reading this thread and.. I had to stop the song and really listen "Masterpiece David Dunn" Oh I so praise Him thank Him when this happens. This was awesome just again perfect timing.

"Strokes on a canvas
Clay on the floor
In the hands of an artist
They become something more

Cause, my life is a series of misses
Of constantly kissing perfection goodbye
My life is a work that's unfinished
A heart that keeps quitting
A cup that runs dry

You, make, a symphony
From broken melodies
You do it beautifully
You, take, the mass of me
Make it a masterpiece
You make a masterpiece"

This MerSee "Jesus Christ only died for the elect/sheep/wheat/just." You understand the more you say it .. nothing happens right? You have to skip over for God so loved the world. You have to ignore AMP "I did not come to call the [self-proclaimed] righteous [who see no need to repent], but sinners to repentance [to change their old way of thinking, to turn from sin and to seek God and His righteousness].”

Odd huh.. well I've never heard someone say "Jesus Christ only died for the elect/sheep/wheat/just. I am not one of them but maybe you are". No I heard them say they are and your not. Praise GOD I hope I miss understood this so forgive me not here to offend.

The space between your eyes and the computer screen is not empty, but it’s busy with quantum fluctuations which operate based on those 4 rules to create the matter which we can see which is only 4% of the observable universe.

That’s space in this universe.
Yes, the space between my eyes and the computer screen is not empty.

Here on earth there are approximately 10 trillion atoms per cubic meter. In outer space, there are less than 1 atom per cubic meter.

Here in the firmament, the space is filled with air. The firmament is composed of the frozen waters (consisting of the elements which changed into gas) that covered the earth prior to the sun. However the firmament of this planet does not extend upwards without end. The further one goes the less number of particle are found in each cubic meter.

Space is empty until occupied with mass. It isn't nothing. It is something, we can see it so therefore we know it exists, yet it is not a substance that has mass.

I don't think that the Primordial Atom is the true explanation for the origin of the universe.
Not only the primordial atom is not a true explanation, but the theory you suggested about the universe contracting and expanding eternally is no longer valid, because we've observed that the universe is not only expanding but it's expanding faster than the speed of light, which was baffling to many scientists. So, the gravity is not going to win to make the universe small again.
Again, it shows the wisdom of God to make us all realize how awesome He is.

The theory is that it will expand to its maximum expansion point before it will begin collapsing upon itself until it reaches the highly condensed state again.
Maybe they need to check the their connection again, it might not be connected properly like when they claimed the neutrino exceeded the speed of light.

I see that you have made up your mind despite the majority of observations and calculations.

I don't think space can be condensed, but I totally admit that I don't know or have a plausible reason for that belief.

About the expansion part?

Here's a condensed summary: https://www.astronomy.com/science/w...redicted-a-cosmologist-explains-what-we-know/

This expansion is counter-intuitive to anything we observe with our eyes or experience. Because when you create an explosion in this universe, the energy decreases, but the the universe itself, the space, is expanding faster then light.
It's like throwing a tennis ball up in the air and not only it doesn't come down, but it picks up tremendous speed and never falls down.

Again, more mysteries by God for our little minds.

Ok, Ill check it out. But it could be a error in the calculations.

Well, considering the size of the universe, the expansion, even at the speed of light might not be that really that great of a expansion.

But here is my problem with some things, I understand that science is a discipline that is founded on a system of principles that explain how the known and observed physical world operates so when they claim that light is moving a rate greater than light can travel, it is hard to believe that it is legitimate.
Again, more mysteries by God for our little minds.

I wish you well and i hope you arrive at the current 'correct' understanding, which doesn't give any answers but more appreciation for God's work.
