33) There is no one like him on the earth and a wealthy farmer

Job 10

- Remember, please, that you made me out of clay, But now you make me return to dust. Did you not pour me out like milk And curdle me like cheese? With skin and flesh you clothed me, And with bones and sinews you wove me together. You have given me life and loyal love; You have guarded my spirit with your care.

- Even if Job thinks that God is against him, he never forgets what he has done for him!

- Life and loyal love and care!

- In fact, Job speaks about God as a Father!

- He is not someone quick to forget!

- Of course, he wasn’t living in a commercial world where people consume and throw away!

- Really a different world!

- That’s what people call progress!

- They don’t speak about contamination everywhere!

- Our world is so contaminated that we breathe and eat and drink it!

40) There is no one like him on the earth and a wealthy farmer

Job 12

- When he tears something down, it cannot be rebuilt; What he has shut, no man can open. When he withholds the waters, everything dries up; When he sends them out, they overwhelm the earth.

- Nothing is impossible for God!

- All faithful servants of God know that!

- With him there are strength and practical wisdom;

- There is no one more powerful than him!

- All faithful servants of God know that!

- To him belong the one going astray and the one leading astray; He makes counselors go barefoot, And he makes fools of judges. He loosens the bonds imposed by kings, And he binds a belt around their waist. He makes priests walk barefoot, And he overthrows those who are firmly established in power; He deprives trusted advisers of speech And takes away the sensibleness of old men; He pours out contempt upon nobles, And he makes powerful ones weak;

- He can teach a lesson to anyone!

- But the faithful ones etch it in their mind and heart!

- And they keep it forever!

- Like a precious gift and treasure!

- So did Job!

1) LOOKING FOR ISAIAH

Chapter One

- Isaiah tells about a vision he saw about Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah !

- God tells about sons he has brought up and raised !

- But they have revolted against him !

- Israel doesn’t know God !

- He calls them a sinful nation !

- They are called wicked men, corrupt children !

- They have treated God with disrespect !

- They have turned their backs on him !

- The whole head is sick !

- The whole heart is diseased !

- About the whole body, nothing is healthy !

- The land is desolate !

- The cities are burned with fire !

- Israel is compared to Sodom and Gomorrah !

- God has enough of their sacrifices !

- It is detestable to God !

- God is not listening anymore to Israel !

- The faithful city has become a prostitute !

- It is time for God to turn his hand against Israel !

- Sometimes when I hear some people, it seems to be we are not reading the same Bible !

- It is not possible to be more clear !

- Or people prefer to be deaf and blind !

7) Looking for Isaiah

- Coming back to Isaiah 1:9, it says if God hadn't left survivors, Jerusalem would have become like Sodom and Gomorrah!

- Thus The people are not better than those of Sodom and Gomorrah!

- On the contrary, they are worse because they are supposed to be God's people!

- They are supposed to be taught by God!

- So they are supposed to know!

- But they do as if they don't know anything!

- They know everything God did for them!

- Yet they do as if he hadn't done anything!

- Coming back to Isaiah 1:10, they are called rulers of Sodom, people of Gomorrah!

- Usually rulers control and decide everything!

- So they have no excuses!

- And in fact, here they are not compared, it says they are!

- So they do the same things as Sodom and Gomorrah do!

- That's free will!

- Mankind does the same!

- Many people say they believe in God but according to their behaviors, they show they don't care exactly like Israel and Judah!

- So whatever the Bible says about Israel and Judah can be applied to mankind!

- They do their best to do the same!

- That's free will!

- They go to the restaurant!

- God doesn't listen to their prayers anymore!

- End of the story!

- It reminds me of God calling for Samuel when there was nothing from God in Israel!

- God once again tells them to change their bad attitude!

- But it will mean freedom for the faithful ones!

- And renewal for the earth!

15) Looking for Isaiah

Isaiah 1:25

- I will turn my hand against you!

- I will thoroughly purge your dross!

- I will remove all your impurities!

- It's not going to happen peacefully!

- It is going to be violent!

- They are too corrupted!

- And God did his best to put them back on the right track!

- But each time it is more difficult!

- Look at mankind!

- That's why a deep cleaning is necessary!

- And then God won't tolerate any opposition!

16) Looking for Isaiah

Isaiah 1:26

- In this verse, God says that Jerusalem can become a city of righteousness again but for that they should change!

- What patience!

- But they don't care!

- It is the same with mankind!

- They should be scared!

- Anyway, they will be scared when it is too late!

- The more they wait the more they will be scared!

- And the flood is nothing compared to what will happen!

17) Looking for Isaiah

Isaiah 1:27

- Jerusalem will be restored!

- After all they have done!

- But yet they won't understand!

- In fact, they never understood!

- No difference with mankind!

- It seems to be a competition for the worst!

- And Jerusalem would be restored twice and destroyed twice!

- And God knew it!

- He knew they wouldn't change!

- Poor men!

18) Looking for Isaiah

Isaiah 1:28

- If Jerusalem is restored, rebels and sinners will pay!

- In fact, the verse starts by but which indicates that whatever may happen, there is a price to pay!

- Everyone has to pay the price according to his deeds!

- But they don't care!

- When time comes, it will be too late to care!

- They may care but it will be of no use!

- Mankind has always been short sighted!

- That's why it is strange to imagine that one day they will achieve perfection!

- But with God everything is possible!

- So those who will survive may see it!
