Daniel 11

Here we are told about a refining work and a cleansing and a whitening until the time of the end.

- Refining work and cleansing and whitening!

- It requires a lot of work!

- It requires you to be 100% active!

- It requires personal implication!

- Action is necessary!

- Read the Bible carefully to understand it!

- Nobody can stand quietly!

- Daniel couldn’t do it in his visions!

- Everybody must prepare oneself and encourage others to do the same!

- First you need to save yourself!

- Second, help others to save themselves!

- But if you wait for others to save you it won’t work!

- Personal implication is required from everybody!

- Being lukewarm doesn’t work!

- It has never worked!

- And people keep thinking it will work for them!

Daniel 12

- Yes, DISTRESS!

- The possibility of waking up!

- The possibility to cleanse and whiten oneself and be refined!

- But it is necessary to make an effort!

- NO EFFORT, NO REFINING!

- And the wicked one won’t understand!

- He will keep doing his business!

- And Jesus will come back to strike the world!

- And they will be surprised by the violence!

- It is going to be a war!

- Completely different from Jesus coming on earth according to the Bible!

- But it has always been so!

- Adam and Eve were warned but they didn’t care and they died!

- Mankind was warned but people didn’t care and they died!

- The Hebrews didn’t care and they died!

- It will repeat again with mankind and people will die because they didn’t care!

- And after the period of 1,000 years, it will repeat again!

- Man never understands!

- Man always repeats the same mistakes!

- It seems to be that they have no brains!

- After the final war, Yah.weh won’t tolerate disobedience anymore!

- Finally, man will be able to live forever, in peace and in good conditions!

- Daniel is brought to Babylon because he is young without any defect, of good appearance, endowed with wisdom, knowledge, and discernment, and capable of serving in the king’s palace!

- Every aspect of his life has something to do with this relationship!

- No Yah.weh, No Daniel!

- And the more he learns the more he gets closer to Yah.weh!

- There is only another way that is getting away from Yah.weh!

- This relationship evolves perpetually!

- It has to be built up continually!

- Otherwise it goes away!

- There isn’t a third option!

- One way or the other!

- And it is a personal choice!

- Something you have to work at personally or not!

- You can’t take a break otherwise you go the other way!

- BURNING OR FREEZING!

- Imagine a tsunami coming!

- First the water goes away!

- Then the water comes back!

Daniel 1:

- But Daniel resolves in his heart that he won’t defile himself with the king’s delicacies or with the wine He drinks!

- And the true God causes the principal court official to show Daniel favor and mercy!

- Yah.weh first!

- In any aspect of Daniel’s life!

- In particular food and beverages!

- So Daniel doesn’t wait, he acts straight away!

- He doesn’t let the others act for him!

- And Yah.weh is always present!

- What about us?

Daniel 1:

- At the end of ten days their appearance is better and healthier than all the youths who are eating the king’s delicacies!

- And the true God gives these four youths knowledge and insight into every kind of writing and wisdom; and Daniel is given understanding in all sorts of visions and dreams!

- Daniel is always ready to defend his relationship with Yah.weh so he doesn’t lose time but acts all at once!

- And he knows what to do and what to say!

- Of course, he may receive Yah.weh’s help and spirit!

- Because both Daniel and Yah.weh are part of the deal and each one plays his part!

- We are only told about Daniel and his three companions!

- But Daniel is above!

- He gets more because his relationship with Yah.weh is stronger!

- Of course, his three companions have a strong relationship with Yah.weh!

- And Daniel’s companions are not jealous about Daniel’s relationship with Yah.weh!

- They can also benefit too!

- Of course, the book of Daniel speaks mainly about Daniel!

- But his three companions are not forgotten!

- Even if Daniel has a special relationship to Yah.weh, his three companions have also a good relationship to Yah.weh!

Daniel 1:

- Imagine the quantity of people!

There are many!

- And among so many people only four get out of the mass!

- Can you visualize the scene?

- Four against a multitude!

- They definitely have Yah.weh’s spirit!

- And among the four, Daniel gets out of them!

- So first Daniel, second his three companions and the rest!

- Same with the flood!

- One man, Noah, and his family against the rest of mankind!

- Same when the Hebrews were supposed to get into the promised land!

- Only two men, Joshua and Caleb could get into it whereas the rest died in the desert!

- When Jerusalem was destroyed,it was not better!

- When Jesus destroys human society, it won’t be better!

- isn't there a distortion!

- Something is definitely wrong with men!

- They were created with Yah.weh’s spirit!

- But as soon as possible, they went away from him!

- And they keep doing it!

- And they keep complaining everything is going wrong!

- Something is definitely missing in man’s brain!

- We need Yah.weh’s guidance!

- And the more time passes, the more evident it will be!

- The human world is a prank!

Daniel 1:

Daniel 2:

- All the wise men of Babylon are going to be killed!

- And Daniel and his companions!

- When Daniel hears about that, he acts discreetly and cautiously!

- That’s interesting!

- Daniel has a special relationship with Yah.weh but we can be sure that he acts discreetly and cautiously with Yah.weh!

- Thus if he is used to communicating with Yah.weh, he is used to communicating with important human beings who are nothing compared to Yah.weh!

- So this special relationship is very helpful!

- He is ready to communicate in any situation!

- We must remember that!

- And he does everything in the right order!

- And he stays calm!

- We need to follow his example!

- ORDER, ORDER, ORDER!

- Real communication with positive results!

- Communication for nothing means nothing!

- We are used to human communication for nothing!

- Thus we don’t care about human communication!

- When we get people with real communication, we listen to them!

- But it is becoming more and more rare!

Daniel 2:

- That’s another extraordinary situation!

- Daniel has a special relationship with Yah.weh but he asks his companions to pray to him too!

- He could have thought: I don’t need their help!

- I just need to pray to Yah.weh alone and he will tell me the vision!

- No: he has such humility!

- Moreover, the situation is dangerous!

- He needs the information as soon as possible!

- He knows what to do and gets the best results!

- When dealing with Yah.weh we learn ORDER because God is a God of Order!

- So we need to think like him, not like the people in this old world who are overwhelmed!

- And today the situation is also dangerous: if we don’t react properly we may die and we won’t have a second chance!

- And when we think of all the possibilities we will get to work for Yah.weh in the new society, it would be a shame to miss them!

- Think about that!

- At the time, Daniel can be called the best human friend of Yah.weh!

- He knows exactly the kind of relationship he has with Yah.weh!

- Many people are going to be killed!

- That there is no one like him!

- It is a present which will save many people!

- It has an incredible value!

- We should never forget to thank Yah.weh for his creation!

- Even if we can’t get the best of it because of human stupidity and waste!

- But we must get ready to get the best of it in the near future if we understand its value!

- There is so much to learn from Yah.weh!

- And so many incredible actions to see in the future!

- We can’t even imagine what God will do!

- Once again, it’s incredible to think about the personal relationship between individuals and Yah.weh!

- Such faithful servants of Yah.weh receive so much!

- It tells about what men will be zble to receive in the near future when they work hand in hand with Yah.weh!

- But we can’t even imagine!

- It is necessary to get into the new promised land and see with our own eyes!

- Just like today we need to see with our own eyes to believe what men are able to do to destroy everything!

- And it goes faster and faster!

- Yah.weh’s kingdom will be able to do the complete opposite!

- And above all, we will receive his guidance which has so much value for those who can appreciate it!

- Human stupidity vs Yah.weh’s wisdom!

- Good or bad!

- The king is killed by Darius the Mede!

- But Daniel will keep his position!

- God keeps blessing him!

- And his qualities and abilities are appreciated!

- Daniel is used to working to Yah.weh!

- What about us?

- Do we have such regularity?

- It must become a habit!

- Then we don’t have to ask about it!

- Normality?

Daniel 6:

- Daniel is chosen to be part of the three high officials of Darius’ administration.

- Thanks to his special relationship with Yah.weh, he distinguishes himself over the administration!

- As a consequence, the king intends to elevate him over the entire kingdom!

- Because of that, some high officials and satraps are jealous of him and try to find an accusation!

- But Daniel is not corrupted!

- As a matter of fact, the conclusion is clear: they must find something in the law of his God!

- They tell the king to establish a royal decree and to enforce a ban to prevent people from making a petition to any god or man except to the king for 30 days!

- There is no law!

- They make the king have a law especially against Daniel!

- And it attacks the relationship Daniel has with his God!

- And what does Daniel do as soon as he hears about the law?

- He openly prays to his God!

- He won’t change anything about his relationship to his God because of men!

- His relationship to Yah.weh is his top priority!

- And he does everything to keep it!

- The men who accuse him can’t prevent Yah.weh from saving him!

- On the contrary, the king has them thrown into the lions’ pit!

- This story should open our eyes!

- How do we want to get into the promised land and think about gaining eternal life if we don’t have such attachment to Yah.weh?

Daniel 7:

- First, Daniel has a dream and visions!

- Then he writes down the dream!

- He records a complete account of the matters!

- He is a civil servant!

- He is used to doing things according to a particular procedure!

- Thus he gives all the details!

- Moreover, it comes from Yah.weh!

- And what he sees is not usual!

- And it is certainly not pleasant!

- His spirit is distressed because the visions frighten him!

- He is the only one who receives such visions!

- Even his three companions don’t receive such visions!

- It means Daniel is really precious to Yah.weh!

- It is a privilege!

- Dreams and visions!

- Yah.weh shares a lot with Daniel!

- It is always interesting when we read the Bible!

- We are always told about details!

- Again dreams and visions!

- Yah.weh gives a lot to Daniel through dreams and visions!

- It is always powerful!

- It is as if you were inside the dream or the vision!

- You may think about the complexity of the brain!

- It is so elaborate like the universe!

- They are both giants with a multitude of connections!

- The more doors you open, the more doors you have to open!

- It multiplied to the infinite!

- Yah.weh’s knowledge is infinite!

- There are no limits!

- When we keep thinking about the Bible, we can have a small vision of all this knowledge!

- Men like to put limits to others’ knowledge so they can control them better!

- But it is so stupid!

- Because when we share knowledge we can access more knowledge!

- Sharing is essential!

- it doesn’t matter if it’s correct or not!

- What is important is when it helps us make progress toward Yah.weh!

- But the world is so limited!

- And religions are so limited because of such a situation!

Daniel 8:

- Daniel has a vision!

- He tries to understand it!

- He hears the voice of a man!

- This man talks to him!

- Daniel is so terrified that he falls facedown!

- He falls asleep!

- The man wakes him up!

- Daniel is exhausted and is sick for a few days!

- Each time Daniel has a vision it is as if the scene occurs before him!

- As if it was real!

- Daniel is at the same time inside and outside the vision!

- Thus we get more information about the depth of his relationship with Yah.weh!

- It is really deep, really close!

- Daniel is able to visualize scenes very few people have the opportunity to see!

- It is not given to everybody!

- When we think about Daniel’s life, we understand why!

- It questions oneself about the depth of our relationship to Yah.weh and about where it is going!

- Do we build it up or not?

- Yah.weh is the God of action!

- He never stops acting!

- The universe keeps doing the same!

- It never stops!

- We can say the same of our brains!

- If we want to look like Yah.weh, we must keep being active!

- We must keep demonstrating our faith to him!

- And faithful men like Job, Daniel, Samuel and others show us the way!

Daniel 9:

- Here Daniel is not making the usual daily prayer!

- It is about the rebuilding of Jerusalem!

- Thus for Daniel it is really important!

- Thus he prepares himself by fasting and sackcloth and ashes!

- It appears like a ceremony!

- He starts by magnifying Yah.weh!

- And as usual Israel hasn’t been playing its part of the relationship!

- Thus many don’t do anything and then they think that Yah.weh is going to listen to them!

- Today, it is exactly the same!

- When will mankind wake up!

- Never!

- Why should they do it ?

- Only individuals wake up from time to time!

- Once again, man’s way is far away from Yah.weh’s way!

- And we just have to open the Bible and read it carefully again and again!

- It doesn’t work if we open the Bible from time to time saying I don’t understand anything!

- When we take all the faithful servants of Yah.weh in the Bible, their relationship with Yah.weh is a strong connection based on mutual efforts!

- And when Daniel prays to Yah.weh about Israel’s sins which are countless, he always says “we” even if he has a special relationship with Yah.weh!

- He speaks about the responsibility of Israel as a people!

- And he feels guilty because of what Israel did against Yah.weh!

- Here he doesn’t take into account the fact that he has a privileged position!

- And he is clear about the shame of all the Israelites because of their countless sins!

- And they did everything wrong!

- And Daniel doesn’t have to wait long for getting an answer!

- He is called “very precious”!

- And he is told that Jerusalem will be rebuilt but also destroyed again as the Messiah will be cut off!

- And we know why!

- Daniel and his three companions are so different from Israel!

- There is no possible comparison!

Daniel 10:

- As usual before a special event, here is a vision, Daniel prepares himself!

- He has been mourning for three full weeks!

- No rich food, no meat or wine, no oil on himself!

- Then he gets the vision!

- He is with other men but he is the only one to see the vision!

- The others have a great tremor and run away and hide!

- He has no power left in him!

- His dignified appearance leaves him!

- He loses all his strength!

- It is not something usual but extraordinary!

- And the man in the vision speaks to him!

- And once again he is called a very precious man!

- And he keeps trembling!

- Daniel sees the vision but he also feels it in his body!

- it is really powerful!

- It is not human!

- It comes from Yah.weh!

- The other men can perceive that something is happening but they don’t know what!

- Definitely unusual in our so-called modern world with so many connections lost!

- We have devices to communicate!

- But we can’t feel anything!

- We have lost the basics!

- Even to communicate with Yah.weh!

- The majority can’t do it!

- They don’t find natural to communicate with him!

Daniel 11- 12

- Daniel tells us all the details of the vision!

- Then he talks about a dialogue!

- And finally he is told about a cleansing and a whitening and a refinement and about understanding!

- And the wicked will keep acting wickedly and won’t understand!

- Another warning to be taken seriously by those who want to be refined!

- And not seriously by those who don’t want to be refined!

- Only two options!

- And one personal choice!

- Which includes a personal relationship to Yah.weh or not!

- Then everything is clear for those who understand and for those who don’t want to understand!

- Yes, free will!

- Adam chose to oppose Yah.weh!

- A minority of faithful servants chose to follow Yah.weh!

- The majority keeps opposing Yah.weh!

- Yes, free will!

- We have to choose!

- Choosing is an active way!

- Not choosing is also an active way!

- Not choosing means we oppose!

- Only two ways!

- Simple reality!
