This is about as confused as one can choose to get.
1. The Ten Commandments did not exist at creation.
2. If God said that Adam and Eve were guilty, then they were guilty.
3. Eve made a conscious decision to disobey God. Satan simply presented the temptations.
4. Adam's sin is in fact called "original sin" since it was the origin of all human sinning.
5. God gave this pair just one commandment, which they disobeyed. So should that not be a "Yes"?
I think there are some differences. It's not Eve or Adam's subjective disobedience, and most people do not like the name of original sin. I prefer to call the origin of sin is from the seed of disobedience by the serpent who is the father of lie. Such appellation is not to satisfy my own preference, but to let people more intuitively understand the importance of obedience to the words of God, which is my purpose.
