Those who have been annointed and sealed by the HS of promise UNTIl the day of redemption hold on to that promise. And the promise that he who began a good work WILL COMPLETE IT. (Eternal/everlasting life is forever. I showed you the greek interpretations of the words used. How can you ignore them?
These are not random, nor out of context and answer your question.

John 21:15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
John 21:16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
John 21:17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things thou knowest that I love thee Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

2 Peter 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
2 Peter 3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
2 Peter 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance

Repent means to change our mind

And example is that before we repented, We considered that sleeping with our girlfriend was ok. it was not a sin

To repent means that we no longer believe it is ok, we agree wiht God that it is a sin.

So after we come to this knowledge, If we fall in this area. Do we repent again? Of course not, we knew it ws a sin. We confess this sin to God. We acknowledge our sin, Accept our chastening and move on..

Another option is to keep fosucing on it, Keep feeling sorry for ourselves because we failed. Keep begging God to forgive us, and get torn down or

Another option is to deny it is sin, and say at least your not commiting murder. Or being a pedofile so your ok..

Neither of the last two options are good.

Here tis!

Thanks for answering it again.

I do not agree with your definition of "repent" EG.

Scripture does not either;

You say;
repent means that we no longer believe it is ok, we agree wiht God that it is a sin.
feel or express sincere regret or remorse about one's wrongdoing or sin.

Jesus made a clear command;
Luk 17:3 NIV So watch yourselves. "If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.

I know this may sound like splitting hairs EG, but repentance means to show sincere regret and to give sincere intent never to do it again.

Without repentance can forgiveness even be granted?

Obviously when we sin we, our hearts allowed our flesh to insult the Holiness of God! We have demonstrated contempt for God. Without a sincere remorse on our part there are unforgiven sins piling up because those sins are not forgiven without a repentant, contrite, humiliated heart before God!

I would urge you to consider this point, we all must. Sinning against God is no simple matter. Ask God for Repentance/Deep humiliating sorrow for your sins and if you do so unrelentingly, and it may take some time if you have been hard Hearted regarding your sins, He will give you the way you seek.

Once we, in repentance find forgiveness through Yahshua to the Father there is a liberty that will set you free brother!

Jeremiah 32:35: "And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin."
The Book of Jeremiah is Old Testament. It does not purport to prove what you said concerning New Testament Jesus.
"The Priests banged drums and blew trumpets to hide the babies screams. These various gods were the devil in different forms, worshipped by the Jews. They were doing this in the Valley of Himmon (not sure of the spelling) while Jesus was giving the Sermon on the Mount. "

I asked you for the passage that says what you stated above.

They were worse than serpents, they robbed people of their eternal salvation with their false teaching, turning people away from the truth as taught by Jesus and the apostles. Their forefathers even killed Isiah by cutting him in half with a saw. How horrible is THAT.

People need to come out of Judaism.
You cannot have Messiah Jesus without the Old Testament Bible prophecies concerning Messiah. The New Testament is the Old Testament fulfilled.

The many can still seek the Anointing of the Holy Spirit and then find peace with the prospects of being Righteous. Why do you think they do not desire to seek this out? Or do they think they have the Holy Spirit and cannot admit that the Holy Spirit fruits differ from their own?
I never wanted to know any of Gods Law much less "seeked them out" until the Holy Spirit led me to them.

If people choose to believe lies, they have no excuse. The best thing to do is not believe the false teachers, or to be one.
True

But lets not blame the false teachers, lets blame the people for falling for their trickery

Not a entirely bad reply, but the part about Judaism needs some revision.

Judaism worship and obedience to the God of Abraham with the Torah as their central document. Torah should have been their only document! Also they do not recognize Yahshua as their Kind or savior, BIG HIT, and because of that they are lost.

So now Judaism should be worship and obedience to Yahshua using the Torah and the Prophets, Psalms, New Testament and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Did I forget anything? That is what is should be today!

Repent means to. Change ones mind’’. We can not have faith UNTIL we repent

Trying to show a person that they sinned against someone else. And that they need to repent, is not the same.

If the brother repents- It means if the brother admits that he has sinned against you, ie, the brother at this point does not feel he did any wrong, he thinke what he did was justified, or whatever.

Let me ask you. When you sin (and you do, we all do) do you go at it not thinking it is sin? And that you are justified in what you are doing? Or do you go at it in abger or whatever is causing you to do soemthign with a knowledge it is sin, but you do it anyway?

You just made the most important point

The NT is the OT fulfilled Including the law)

So why do we return to what has already been fulfilled? And not look forward to the fulfillment?

the divide is in if the Law was divided into parts ( it's not ) vs. those who think the Law is a whole entity, so it has to be kept as a whole, if any try to keep it ( the truth)
^ Case in point. We need to define The Law.

---

A king creates the constitution of his kingdom - 11 laws - and demands the whole law must be obeyed. "Breaking one is like breaking them all".

...His subjects must obey the whole law, right? That's what the king demands.

Q: What's the "Whole law"?

A: 11 laws

Some time passes and that king adds 5 new laws and once again expects the whole law to be obeyed. Again, "Breaking one is like breaking them all".

Q: What is the "Whole law" now?

A: 16 laws

Even more time passes, and the king decides he can remove certain laws as old and obsolete. They don't fit the situation anymore. He removes 6 laws. But once again, "Breaking one law is like breaking them all".

Q: What is the "Whole Law" now?

A: The 10 laws the king hasn't removed that are still active.

One group says, "we must obey these laws the king hasn't removed."

The other group says, "To obey even one is to make us responsible for all 16."

The first group retorts, "no, the ones no longer active we don't have to worry about."

The second group insists, "are you blind or purposely deceptive? Breaking one is like breaking them all. Try to obey even one and we're responsible for all 16. All 16 were originally given. The whole law is all 16. We can't do any now."

----

The division is in understanding the meaning of keywords (like Law) from one context to the next.

Did I not admit those were sins before? Am I still denying they are real sins? I do not understand your question, how can I seek something I already supposedly have done?

Okay, Maybe this will help. Jesus set the example of the process:

I already gave you this one;

Luk 17:3 NIV So watch yourselves. "If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.

But what if he sins against you again?

Luk 17:4 NIV If he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times comes back to you and says, 'I repent,' forgive him."

Repentance must be a part of seeking forgiveness EVERY TIME! We are all subject to this.

Now when our brother comes to us, we cannot know his heart and whether he is sincere or not, but God does know our hearts;

1Ki 8:39 NIV then hear from heaven, your dwelling place. Forgive and act; deal with each man according to all he does, since you know his heart (for you alone know the hearts of all men),

Psa 38:9 NIV All my longings lie open before you, O Lord; my sighing is not hidden from you.

Psa 44:21 NIV would not God have discovered it, since he knows the secrets of the heart?

None of us can bypass sincere repentance for every single sin we seek forgiveness for, and as we know God knows if we are sincere in our repentance. If we are not he will not forgive us!

Do you seriously think it was the Creator who told the Jews not to light a fire on the Sabbath?
(Do I even want to touch this question?) Who was it that told them if not the Creator?

Exodus 35:3

Your right, God knows your heart

He knew your heart when you asked him for salvation. He also knew every sin you would commit from that day forward.

You did not 5 years later somehow fool him and did somethign he did not know you were already going to do

Your trying to put people under law. Under law you had to come and bring your sin to the priest. Then he had to make sacrifice for that or those sins.

Jesus made that sacrifice 2000 years ago. The sins were forgiven before you even came; But for your healing you need to confess.

Its funny how you claim I excuse my sin, Yet think about what your doing, Your saying I can go out and have sex with my girlfriend, then just come and repent and that sin is forgiven that sounds like a catholic doctrine, just go say hail marys and our fathers or do whatever acts of penance, and your ok (as long as it is not a grave sin)

What saddens me, Is you think I do not understand where you are coming from. Yet I see no attempt of you trying to understand where I am coming from.

Exodus 35:3
There's a thing. Moses assembled the people together and told them the 'Lord' has commanded you not to kindle a fire on the Sabbath. This is of course the god of Israelite's, the god of only one people.
