These might seem like silly questions. Did Jesus rise from the dead while He was in the tomb? Did the angel roll back the stone after Jesus rose from the dead?
Who folded the garments in the tomb?

Ahwatukee,

Dino was responding to garee.
Thank you! That makes sense, since Garee has been on my "ignore" list and therefore, I didn't see his post.

I was quoting Garee... perhaps you have him on 'Ignore' so you don't see his posts, even when quoted.
Exactly! I forgot that those who are on Ignore don't show up.

And Jesus is our example in that, those who have died in Him will also resurrect in an immortal and glorified body. Those who are still alive will simply be changed immortal and glorified where they stand and be caught up with them.
Immortal ?
( Timothy 1: 6:16 )

There seems to a contradiction between Paul's 1Cor:15:52-53 speaking on Immortality and his 1 Timothy 6:16 on Immortality.
Maybe I am missing something they appear to be a contradiction. ...
There seems to be indication that there is no Hebrew word for Immortality.
So with Immortality we may have an issue of english mistranslation occurring without establishing it in the Greek the language of the times.
Point being there may exist a difference In being the recipient of Eternal life and actually becoming IMMORTAL.
Christ also mentions giving of drink to them receiving eternal life from the fountain which I always thought he was indicating himself or his word.
To become actually an immortal I suspect definitions might give indication you would need to transform into a god.
But I am no expert on the subject....It is just what a quick look revealed thus far.😀
