orthodox Jews don't believe Jesus was the Messiah, they believe their Messiah is yet to come.

Like it or not, most orthodox Jews are selfish, and don't want to accept that their Messiah came to save all nations, even though it is written that Abraham's seed would bless all nations. They want the Messiah to come to them, and smite their enemies, and no one is going to convince them otherwise.

romans 11 says one day, God will convince them otherwise. for on that day, All Isreal. no matter what they prac tice, will repent, and come to their true messiah, Jesus.

Don't hit her too hard with the Truth, little Sister; her head may explode.
Unless her priest said it, She is told to ignore it anyway. So truth can't touch her.. Unless the priest says it.. Which 99 percent of the time, means she will never hear truth.

The Jews have been blinded but a remnant will be saved when they come to believe on Jesus. The antichrist will turn on the Jews and they will realize Jesus was the Messiah.

ROMANS 11:25

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.
Sorry, you got to it before I did. lol

I don't get to decide who gets into Heaven. I'm just trying to make sure I get there.
You dont have to make sure of anything. Christ did that for you.The spirit testifies to you if you are saved and God said noone can snatch you from his sons hand so.... You should be assured of your salvation!
Requirements:
Romans 10:8But what does it say? "THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART "-- that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, 9that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.…

Scripture has defined how one is saved. All you have to do is repeat it:)

just asking for sake of clarification.

The blood of bulls and goats never took away sin as the author of Hebrews said..

That includes the OT bulls and goats too right?
The blood was representative of Christs blood. The angel of death passed over the Jews when the blood was applied to the doorposts. The animal was the sacrifice to God and sin was covered because of the blood. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins.

Yes, But did these blood sacrifices actually cause forgiveness, or was it the blood of Jesus

Temporary remission not permanent ... that's why animals had to be sacrificed over and over.

The priest was making atonement for the sins of the people. That is why we no longer need priests, Jesus is the high priest. The blood and spotless animal was a foreshadowing of Christ.

I think the priest was being a symbolic priest. His sacrifice did not remove the sin of one person. It could not. This is what Hebrews was trying to say.

David understood. Sacrifice and burnt offering God did not desire, God wanted david to trust him.. And not in the sacrifice of a priest who sinned himself.

it all pointed to the man God would send to pay for their sins prophesied of old. A man today we know as Christ.

Remember, In Babylon there were no priestly sacrifices.. There was no temple..

Oh certainly,I do agree. The blood had to be shed and the sacrifice made till Jesus came.

Jesus said; "no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6), Judaism doesn't accept Christ, so no, practicing Jews don't go to heaven.. But of course, any Jew who converts can go to heaven, most of the first Christians were Jewish.
They were Jewish yes and they remained Jewish when they received their promise Messiah, Jews don't convert from being Jewish to being Christian...they continue being Jews...truly Jewish.

It aint my fault if people go to a damned Catholic church or others. Just cant stand Religious spirits and it makes me go mad when people want to know something serious and then someone goes up and calles a church holy. theres only a holy God,son and spirit. we may be sanctified but that still doesnt make us HOLY even less a dang church that has a dude call himself the ''representative of God on earth'' which is totally against the bible.
