Do you believe a person is able to commit sin and or commit acts that mirror sin which leads to perdition after becoming eternally born-again once?

So if a Christian goes off in to sinful living... God cannot see them doing sin, and God is clueless about what's going on in that person's life???
If your a true Christian you will not want to go off into sinful living -----if you stay in your sinful living then your not a true Christian--

Believers will sin at times but God has forgiven their past --present and future sins ---our life is hidden with Christ ---and that is what God chooses to see ------

God has forgiven their past --present and future sins

God forgave our future sins... before we ever comitted them???

If this is really true as you claim... then you agree that IF a Christian were to live in sin.... it matters not to the Lord and they'll still go to Heaven, right?

This is what the leading proponent of "Once Saved Always Saved" doctrine teaches... Gnarly Charlie Stanley!

Considered by many to be the Grand Poo Bah of the eternal security message and his teachings open the door for Christians that believe in OSAS to live in sin all they want!

In his book, Eternal Security, Stanley says

"Even if a believer for all practical purposes becomes an unbeliever, his salvation is not in jeopardy” (Chapter 10, p. 93)

“Christ will not deny an unbelieving Christian his or her salvation because to do so would be to deny Himself” (p. 94).

“Believers who lose or abandon their faith will retain their salvation, for God remains faithful” (p. 94)

He actually taught one can be a "gay christian" and still go to Heaven proving he is a false teacher!

Here's a video where you can see video of Charlies saying this (just a few minutes into the video)

In this video, Gnarly Charlie says he's proud of Andy and supports him after heresy charges

I very rarely sin... that's because I'm abiding IN Christ being led by the Holy Spirit Who does not lead me to sin! That's not to say it's not possible for me to sin in the future... but why would I turn away from the leading of the Holy Spirit???

I'm simply being obedient to God's Word in my personal life and He is the One empowering me to not walk in sin after the flesh (see Phil 4:13 - I can do all things THRU CHRIST Who strengthens me!)

You should really get to know these passages...

1 John 3:6
Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not

1 John 2:4
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

1 John 1:6
if we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

1 John 2:1
I write these things unto you, that ye sin not

James 4:17
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

1 John 3:8
He that committeth sin is of the devil

1 Corinthians 15:34
Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

We should not be willingly or knowingly doing sinful things... it should be a very rare occasion for a Christian to sin and IF they did it would NOT be a situation where it's something they knew it was sinful and they decided to do it anyway.

Sadly, many have been indoctrinated to believe the false teachings of calvinism believing they just cannot help sinning and just have to sin everyday in thought word and deed.

That's why I've learned to not associate with calvinists in my personal life because they can bust out in to sinful behavior at any given moment and nobody knows what dastardly evil deeds they are going to do next! View attachment 258200
Every inpure though is a sin and you say you rarely sin but you still sin, I sinned in how I did because I have to endure massive spiritual attacks all the time I admit I am not strong enough to endure all of this and being without sin but I also have to deal with actual demons appearing to me how in my weakness in my low points I cannot always be strong the forces that we fight do not attack you unless you are a threat I fight an actual battle and war I know the severity of fighting against these things and I do fail at time but the difference between us is that you who claim to rarely sin give power to sin you give it authority as if the blood of Christ is not far more than our sins I have sinned in a matter that should have struck me down in judement yet I live freely in him I am like a cjild who embraces him how I wish I could just embrace him my arms themselves crave to wrapp around him so despereately I want to tickle his heart I desire to pour my entire essence to him.

If sin had any say I could not say this I ask you again was his sacrifice was the blood he shed not enough for you? you base yourself on how do not sin I understand my sin yet I say all of this I openly admit my failings but I live in his love his warmth it seems to me that you put far to much in how you do not sin and you justify yourself by this but again I say it has nothing to do with us who we are what we are is only in him not sin not our weakness not our ability to sin.

You claim to go by the holy spirit yet you put mopre power in sin than the cross
Have you even considered what I have said? how affectionally I have spoken of him? these are not the words of one controlled by sin or the personal weakness of ones self. sin has to do with ourselves with our failings it only has to do with ourselves but sorry I am not in this for myself it cant be based on me only him is sin based on us or him?

I live in freedom no matter what I have done no matter my weakness or failings bo matter what I lack he is the one who decides if his savrifice his blood is not enough to make a sinner pure and clean in his sight then what hope do you have because you will fall short you will sin you will be lacking but that is the thing it's about you.

If I didn't opnely state what I have done you would never have known I could hide it to seem more than what I am but I openly stated it it require boldness it requires one to be completely sure of their stance in him to do so sin is of the flesh the devil but I tell you his blood is far more
He himself lives with me more than once he has appeared in my room he has filled my room with presence his presence is beyond words it is like a golden fog thick and deep you won't leave it for anything and you know him in a way you never could from all the studying all the payer all the trying to be with him the depth and wonder and mystery of him is so much you have no way to explain it I even purposely missed a vital eye doctor appointment because I refused to leave his presence if I could only impart what he is truly like I would oh how much more he is than ever dreamed.

Jesus himself has several times appeared physically in my room can you claim the same thing? If you consider what I have said even a little tell me which one of us is right? I have known him intimately I have known his presence his kingship his wonder that is beautiful deep and unfathomable and your telling sin has more power than this?

Go ahead and speak pof how strong sin is and I will tell you the things I have seen with him but I will declare every time sin has no power your weakness what you lack doesn't matter do you believe in sin or him? answer was his blood and sacrifice not enough for you?

"ByTheGraceOfGod" 1st there is no "we" (we will be praying for you. You don't know just who you were talking to) you can only speak for your self you can not do not speak for us. Questions questions questions. So did Christ die for past present and future sins? What denomination as in SDA, JW, Mormon, Catholic etc are we talking about? is yours some personal one with no Church no pastor no one over you?

See playing with speculation as fun as it us WOOT its not. If we know what were talking about the two big "*.ism" out there one believes if you fall away your lost forever the other does not believe that. Were talking millions of believers here. I don't think you truly understand what your asking. We look at Him the GREAT I AM what do we see? We look at Christ what do we see? We look at the sweet sweet holy Spirit (which most of never talk about) what do we see?

Was that lamb good enough for all sin or not? What sin if He paid it all got past the blood? What sin is God that said He will remember their sin no more .. remembering? See were not talking about "what if Paul or Peter or James fell away". So whos JESUS are we talking about? What matters most is something that has to be in this that is "the heart". No matter what we see in the flesh their heart can be 100% for Him. I think about God so loved the world He sent His only son. This is where it stops for me I can't get past that I can not understand a GOD leaving heaven then becoming His own creation.. GOD standing face to face look at everything they did to Him and He knew about all of us in the future all we would say and do against Him. All man would do to each other to women children and yet died forgave us all. He already died for the sin of the world...maybe just maybe we should focus on that you know the GOOD NEWS!

Not this speculation which hello is not of God. Stop looking at one moment in time. We in this one moment now are not defined by that sin

Yes ---all sins are forgiven ----past --present and future ----God remembers your sins NO MORE

OK, so let's all go out and do some sin... yippee! clueless-doh.gif

Romans 3:25
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God

When one turns away from the Lord and sins, they must forsake their sin and confess their sin to the Lord in order to be in right standing with the Lord once again according to His Word.

Proverbs 28:13
He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Every inpure though is a sin and you say you rarely sin but you still sin

Temptations brought to out minds by the devil... are NOT sin.

They only become sin if we accept them and harbor them as in continually think favorably of them desiring or wishing we could go do them... failing to cast down thoughts and imagination and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:5)

You claim to go by the holy spirit yet you put more power in sin than the cross

No, that's a false assumption on your part... the Word of God contains many warnings about sin and we are to submit ourselves to God and resist the devil making him flee (James 4:7)... WE have responsibility to abide in Christ according to what Jesus teaches in John 15

It's thru Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection that I can do all things thru Christ (Phil 4:13)

I live in freedom no matter what I have done

That's not what Jesus taught.... He said "Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin" (John 8:34)

Galatians 5:24 tells us "Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires"

Romans 8:13 tells us "if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live"

You obvious are still walking in sinful behavior, knowingly doing sin having been brainwashed by false doctrine in to believing you just can't help it and you cannot control your sinful urges.

Sadly, if you die in this condition, you won't be spending eternity with Jesus!

Jesus himself has several times appeared physically in my room can you claim the same thing?

Since you have admitted to still walking in sinful behavior... that was a different jesus appearing in your room... the fake jesus (demonic angel of light) sent to give you goose bumps to further deceive you to believe you can be in right standing with the Lord and keep living in sin.

answer was his blood and sacrifice not enough for you?

Hebrews 9:14
How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

If you truly had been washed in the Blood of Jesus... you would not be walking in sin and instead would be serving the Living God!
