You must also believe that we should all get together and murder the neighbor by throwing rocks at him for mowing his lawn on a Saturday!

Okay, you use what was happening in the gathering of the Saints, in Corinth. They were taking for granted that they were 100% forgiven and figured they could do whatever they wanted being forgiven, and gloried in it.
that is what the entire written 1 Corinthians is all about, straightening out that heresy.
They were correct about being 100% forgiven, but they had only a worldly sorrow, and not a Godly one. So Brother let us not fall after the same misusing of being forgiven. Nor let us call God a liar in us through Christ being forgiven either, as in the self will of asking forgiveness over and over again, we are either forgiven 100% or we are not, make the choice.

Hebrews 2:3 how shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
Hebrews 10:28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

So the Corinthians came to:
2 Corinthians 7:9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.
2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
2 Corinthians 7:11 For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter.

When one leads a horse to water, can one force the horse to drink, and the horse be satisfied?
Or is it better for the horse to decide to drink and be satisfied
Free will choice is sweeter than honey
John 4:13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
John 4:14 but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
Why are we mixing force with free will? and not just loving as Christ has loved us, beyond loving neighbor as self Brother
Yes let it all fall were it may and just tell of the good news and quit the editing and destroying, and start trusting God's love to permeate all through your new self starting at the new heart God implanted from day one of your belief
I understand admonishment, and what it does to another when it is of the flesh doing it, and how it causes despising each other and we have all the different groups we have today when we are to be one faith, one love, one spirit, one baptism, one in Father through Son Christ. And we are all carnal and in need of the Godly repentance, and quit this like men.
I am sorrowful to all that do not come to trust God in all things they do or not do, as God said he will never leave us nor forsake us
God seeks:
John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
John 14:17 even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

maybe it is time to see from the Spirit of God rather than this world of goody two shoes

There were three reasons why the trumpet was blown, and they were gathering together for feasts, and the another was a blast for warning of attack, or a cry for battle, and the third for the beginning of months. For the children of Israel this warning would have been a call to battle in defense of a certain position, or an offensive attack, such as we read when Israel conquered Jericho. (Joshua 6:4-20) I find in scripture that the trumpets were blown at the beginning of each month, yet there were three special occasions of trumpet sounding. (Psalm 81:3) These times of new moons and feasts had nothing to do with a call to battle, because no alarm accompanied the original blast.

Numbers 10:7-10 (KJV)

[SUP]7 [/SUP]But when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God.

It is up to us to sound with distinction, and warning.

1 Corinthians 14:8 (KJV)

[SUP]8 [/SUP]For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle? There is nothing in the Bible that says we are to force people to obey.

Homward; It seems as though you are insinuating that I am endorsing something that the Bible doesn't say for us to do. God's Kingdom is not a dictatorship. Vengeance is His, but if we fail to sound off, the blood is on our hands. Like Joshua, it is up to us to choose who we will serve. Seek the approval of God, not the persuasion of the masses.

Homosexuality is wrong in the sight of God! He disapproves in every detail. Period! I used to play trumpet in Junior High band. I'm still learning how to blow it with distinction. If those of you who don't want to take the warning I give, and sound off according to God's commandments, the blood is on your hands, not mine.

How would what anyone does or not do make void the fact that Christ went to the cross for us and took away the sin of the world in Father's sight?
What anyone does will not make void what Christ did on the cross. But if you are teaching that one can practice sexual immorality under the new covenant for the rest of their lives and still be saved then what Christ did on the cross will not apply to you.

Do you believe adultery is a sin or not? The answer would be the same for homosexual or any other sex outside of marriage. I think we all know people who are born with gay tendenancies just like many are born with adultery tendenancies more than others. What is the solution for each? The same as sex before marriage, avoid sex outside marriage. Anyone who advocates homosexual marriage should also advocate adultery marriage and fornications because these are the same, sinful desires. "Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world the loves of the Father is not in him for the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has or does is not from the Father but from the world."

Sin is sin no matter how big or small, and you are not perfect are you?
Who is the only one perfect?
And so how can anyone of us ever mix Law and grace as if we are going to attain perfection after believing or before believing God
Is the scripture below true for false? And if true can any sin make that truth void from God's perspective?
Colossians 1:22 in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

I can't improve on Holy can you? What is, IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God did it all for you and me and all that believe to come to God for God's Mercy given to us by Son's death, burial, resurrection and ascension, Nothing can change this fact nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do not agree with any sin ever, and know the only way I can ever forsake it is through trust to Father to do in me what I can't do in self. And this is the same for you and all
Maybe it is time to come to full belief in God's finished work done through Son?

Acts 3:23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear Moses, shall be destroyed from among the people.

this was written AFTER Jesus rose from the dead.

Mat 18:16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
Mat 18:17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as a heathen man and a publican.

Micah 3:4 Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.

Until you repent and ADMIT you are sinning you will not even be heard of God

We need to ADMIT our sin
say it is sin
and Jesus forgives immediately

most sinners dont even think they are doing wrong despite what it says in the word of God.

If you have the holy spirit
you will know you did wrong
you will admit it
you will go to Jesus
you will ask him to change you
he forgives
and he changes
accept the change
and you are accepted in the beloved word of God.

I can't believe this is still a discussion. If you believe the bible then you see that homosexuality is a sin. Am I any better than a gay person? No. I have my own sin issues. The difference in myself and a gay person is, I acknowledge my sin ask God to help me to repent. They say " we are born this way" I don't believe that but it is still no excuse. I was born with a nature to sin , but God still holds my accountable for my sin. A child does not have to be taught to lie, in a person who has gay tendencies from the time of being a child it is the same. Sin nature can come out in many ways.

Yes one has to know that there is a void in their heart that they were born with and search that out.
If one does not then one might never see truth as truth is, but I know God ahs and does reach out to every Soul, to teach them truth over error(s)
Society has mixed self flesh works with God Spiritual life, and many are dead still. And am glad that God will have given everyone the conscious choice as to believe God or not.
Those that do believe God, have a personal relationship with God thanks to Christ, and that person changes to the love of God
I used to smoke, drink, do drugs, chase women and so forth. I agreed with God between God an me. that what I did was not beneficial to me
So asking God to show me. God took over and started teaching me, and so today by the grace of God here go "I"
As I know there are many here as well reading this, confer to this amazing grace of God and see the growing in them as well. just each of us at different stages.

I am not excusing sin ever, but I am saying the truth when I say no not one can be perfect ever in and of themselves ever.
This is clear in Matt 19 about the rich man walking away sad, and then the disciples ask Jesus, after watching this rich man walk away sad, who has obeyed the Law from birth on.
They ask Jesus, seeing it impossible, anyone to enter the Kingdom of Heaven being in the flesh
how did Christ answer that? And what was he talking about when he said all things are possible with God not man?
could he have been talking about the cross he was headed to?
Is there a before the cross and an after?
Which side has brought life?
Did not John the Baptist say that his Baptism was water only for repentance to try to serve God?
But that Christ had come to Baptize in the Spirit? So when did this take place or has it taken place yet?

It does start with the desire to love as God loves?
And no one can truly love unless first they see
1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us.
Is it possible any other way?

From a christian perspective, I completely agree.

That is what the Bible teaches and is consistent with Christian doctrine.

I personally disagree with your view on homosexuality but i do not question that God does not accept homosexuality.

If people want to accept homosexuality, then don't say its not a sin and try to make it out as if God suddenly is ok with it.
The logical thing to do is to question God/christianity for condemning it.

If 2 things contradict each other, then one must pick one or the other....

Question is
do you love HIM?

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

Heb 5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Please dont get me wrong
I want with all my heart that you be saved into the kingdom of love.

so we have to save you from false doctrines that are designed to kill you...
Love you.

One no not one anymore after the cross, are forgiven over and over from God the Father. It was done once and for all to come to believe God and be born in the Spirit of God here and now today
For there never has been any forgiveness without the shedding of Blood and Christ the last sacrifice and shedding of blood period/
There is nowhere in the New Testament after Christ's death, anywhere, that states we are to, if we sin again to ask for any more forgiveness outside of Christ's forgiveness at the cross
Please check it out, and if you as many use 1 John 1:9 as there Christian bar of soap are making void of the final sacrifice of Christ
Hebrews 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
Hebrews 10:18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

So are we going to continue to listen to this world and call God a liar, every time we ask God to forgive us when there is no forgiveness without the shedding of Blood?
Is it finished or not? are we 100% forgiven or not?
From God's sight we are through Christ?
So how are we to renew our minds? According to God in Romans 12:2? Is that from God's point of view or man's?

Agreed, and according to what I read in scripture, the choice is a conscious one. As I have said before, adding or subtracting from the original creation of God is sin, and as Christians, it is reasonable that we should sound off as blowing the trumpet of warning. We are to present ourselves as a living sacrifice and communicate accordingly which is a sacrifice. If we say we are loving according to God's will, and fail to sound the warning, we are liars. God bless you brother.
