These verses are what your looking for:
2Co 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.
2Co 12:8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.
2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me

2 Corinthians 12:7 - So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited.

Sure. In Catholic theology there is such a thing as redemptive suffering where God may inflict (or allow to be inflicted) some misfortune on a man so as to further his journey on the path of virtue and holiness.

God provided our healing on Earth.

Jam 5:14-15
14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

Nonono. God took our sin, poverty, and sickness away at the cross. We are to be healthy and prosperous and never catch a cold again. If you are a bad christian then you will be sick and poor, like the persecuted in third world countries.

Anyone heard these blasphemous rants?

It doesn't say that his eye problem came from sickness. If you know much about the process of stoning a person back in the day....essentially it's like dropping a large rock on someone's head just for starters. THAT would mess you up. I find more evidence in scripture that Paul was probably recovering from getting stoned and left for dead than any mention of him being sick.

Psalm 103:2-3:

"2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: 3 Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,

I think God uses whatever he had to in order to get our attention and bring his will actively into our lives.

I don't think that if someone is stone to death mean he has an infirmity in the flesh.
Gal 4 vs 14: And my trial was in my flesh...
Paul write large letters with his own hand and this is an infirmity in the flesh because he eyes became weak. This is why in vs 15 he said: For I bear you witness that, if possible, you would have plucked out your own eyes and give them to me.
If Paul eyes were not sick, please tell me what might be the problem with his eyes. Because the Galatians would have give him there eyes if they could?

If you want to learn more about what Paul was talking about to the Galatians, you should probably reference it with the account of Paul being in Galatia in Acts 14.

Acts 14 says that Paul was stoned in Galatia ( Acts 14:8- Lystra is in the region of Galatia). It does not say he was sick.

Obviously if he was stoned and thought to be dead by his attackers, Paul experienced some serious trauma to the head. Trauma to the head can cause swelling in the brain, eyes, face, among many other symptoms.

So, the scriptures themselves tell you what Paul's infirmity in the flesh came from. Head trauma, not sickness.
