Depression and anxiety are not sins, they are mental illnesses.

Neurologically speaking, yes.
But if Adam never sinned, and humanity did not abound themselves joyfully in sin, there would be no Psychological Disorders.

But i am asking to look at each one individually. What do they all have in common?

All of those reasons given by those who [study and research] are based in tragedy. When God created the Universe, Earth, Adam, do you think God created this in a setting of [tragedy]? No, we know He did not. So, where do these tragedies originate from when the Beginning was created perfect?
