Surely there are those who were predestined for hell as it is evident through scripture. Then if that is true then there must also be those who are predestined for salvation. God is outside of time and therefore can see from many perspectives and is all knowing. Those blessed with the spirit of truth should be able to know that they are part of God's elect, however there are also those who are not elect and are given a strong delusion so that they will believe that they are. If one confesses with the mouth that Jesus is the son of God born in the flesh and that he died for the sins of mankind and was raised to life again and if they believe in their heart that they are saved by his grace then they are truly born again.

If in doubt about someone, one should always test the spirits.
God did not predestine anyone to go to hell. God gave mankind the freedom to choose how he wants to live his life as he sojourns here in this world, and man choose his own destiny, by choosing not to seek God, Psalms 53:2-3. This is why God choose a portion of those that would not seek him, to be his elect, and had his Son, by his sacrifice on the cross, to adopt them as his children. Eph 1:5.

Yes, he knows the end from the beginning, which denotes his foreknowledge of all things, including Psalms 53:2-3.
It denotes that God knows the end. You’re privately interpreting it the way you want. We now know the end as well as we read Revelation. Jesus will reign. End of story. This was known from the beginning.

The original posts assumes that it has to be one or the other. They are both true,
but most people don't understand how that is possible,
so they pick the side that seems more reasonable to them and despise the other.

Exactly, If one confesses with the mouth that Jesus is the son of God born in the flesh and that he died for the sins of mankind and was raised to life again and if they believe in their heart that they are saved by his grace then they are truly born again.
Notice the word if not when, in fact in all the verses of salvation the word if is most used not when. If it all was predestined to begin with then why use the word if not when?
The scripture that you are attempting to quote is Romans 10:9-10. By keeping the chapter in context, we have to go back to verse 1 to determine who Paul is talking about, which is Jacob/Israel. God changed Jacob's name to be no more called Jacob, but to be called Israel. Gen 33:28. Jacob/Israel is representative of God's elect, Rom 9:11.

In verse 1 Paul is praying that God's eternally saved (delivered) elect will be saved (delivered) from their lack of knowledge of the gospel. Saved, according to Greek interpretation, means "delivered". Besides our eternal deliverance, there is deliverances that we receive as we sojourn here in this world. The lack of separating the different "deliverance"(salvations) will cause one to interpret the scriptures to teach "eternal salvation by the good works of man".

We receive deliverance here in this world by our good works, but we, only, receive our eternal deliverance by God's sovereign grace, without the help of man's good works.

Because of the "zeal of God" in verse 2, indicates that these people were already born again believers in God, and in verse 3, by not receiving the knowledge of the gospel, they were going about to establish their own righteousness, by their good works, having not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

In verse 10, Paul is addressing the same born again children of God, to believe unto the righteousness of God, and confess with their mouth to be delivered (saved) from their lack of knowledge of the righteousness of God, with the understanding that they have the imputed righteousness of Christ.

I realise that this is a lot to absorb at one time, but to me, this harmonizes with all of the other scriptures. The preserved and inspired scriptures are intended by God to be instructions to his elect (born again believers) on how God wants his children to live their lives, as they sojourn here in this world.

Nor does God predestinate anyone to go to heaven.
Then explain Eph 1:5 to me. The way that I see it, God predetermined his Son to pay the adoption price for those that he choose in verse 4.

God changed his name to Israel as a representation of an entire nation of people. God had chosen that nation as His people to bring forth the promised seed. He did not elect them for salvation. Election always is connected to service, not salvation.

God predestines those who are already in Christ. God does not predestinate anyone who is not in Christ. Those in Christ are predestinated to receive the future adoption of sons which is the redemption of the body, Romans 8:23.

Lol, what is this? Who are we delivered from?
Once we have been reborn of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, we still carry the baggage of our fleshly nature, and do still commit sins. When we turn away from God by committing a sin, and are pricked (made to feel guilty) in our soft new heart, we are inclined to repent of that sin. When we ask forgiveness and God forgives us, we have just been delivered from that sin.

Rom 9:6, Not as though the word of God hath taken non effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel.

Rom 9:11, For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, THAT THE PURPOSE OF ELECTION MIGHT STAND, not of works but of him who calleth. Can you explain to me how this scripture is referencing "service"?

The elder shall serve the younger. That’s not salvation.

11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)
12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.

Only those that have been born again with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit will believe in the things of the Spirit.
Once again, you've got it backwards. Only those who believe receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

EPHESIANS 1:13,14

THE GOSPEL IS FIRST PREACHED AND THEN FAITH IS GENERATED
In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the Word of Truth, the Gospel of your salvation...

SINNERS MUST FIRST BELIEVE ON CHRIST
...in whom also after that ye believed...

THEN THEY RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
...ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise...

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE GUARANTEE OF ETERNAL LIFE
Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

How does anyone who seriously reads the Bible reverse what is plainly stated? Obviously man-made doctrines trump Scripture.

If salvation is gained through the Lords election how can you know if you are elect?
GOD elects those who choose to be obedient to faith I mean those who repent and say yes I choose to believe In JESUS the WORD of GOD sent to earth In flesh.
