Hi , I dont know if i can post this here but I hope I can anyways ...Hi, I really don;t know how to word this, but I am very frustrated & confused , and my faith is getting low,
I have had one sister get healed of thyroid cancer ,great I am happy for that , but mean while I have another sister who has lung cancer and it has spread to her throat , she has been doing chemo but its not working , & its killing me watching her slowly wither away ..I pray and pray and she is getting worse ...
I just don't understand anymore .I know its bad but my faith is low and now I have allot of doubt coming in.
I just dont understand why God would touch one sister an forget the other one ..... idn
but Please pray for my sister and for my family this is so hard .... thank you .

It has to do with the fact that until Jesus returns, we're still all subject to the consequences of the fall. We're still subject to some extent to the bondage of sin. Yes we ourselves are set free from sin, but we're still in a sick and decaying world very much subject to the consequences of the fall. We won't be released from it until we step in to eternity and or the restored Earth.

Romans 8
18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21 that[h] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.
22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. 23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? 25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.

When the Lord is ready for us, he is ready. We will all reunite on the other side, won’t we?

you are being attacked by the enemy,all of those feelings come from satan but know this.If you ask God He will give you the answers you seek,the bible says that if any man lack wisdom let him ask,so ask.Your family will be in my prayers,God bless and keep you,AMEN

I know exactly how you feel. I lost my Mom last May due to a very long illness. It was very hard to watch her as she got sicker and more weak. I would pray for healing and she would get worse. I was very angry and couldn't understand why he wouldn't heal her. I know that on this side of Heaven I will never know the reason why, or will I understand. Yes it still hurts, and yes I am still angry at times. But I know he loves me and he has my best interest in mind. I know I will see her again someday, and I know she did receive healing, she just didn't receive it here on earth. I know she is now with Jesus whole with no pain. I don't know if this helps you at all, but I will pray for you and your sister.

Hi,
please think through carefully what you are asking of God. Ie that your sister is healed, or that your sister does not have to suffer as she is. If you follow this through then you come to that place that has everyone dying at 70 years of age in perfect health. It is time for you to give thanks and ask forgiveness.
My prayers are with you but not for healing per se but for understanding and peace.

Personally, I don't find much joy in this world and the only reason I am not praying for death is that I know I have work to do for Him and this is my blessing, though it causes and will cause pain. Please don't think I am suffering some illness as this is not the case. Frankly those who die early in Christ are truly blessed in this dark time.
