I don't think it actually does. We don't need to be under the law to be saved.

The bible explains things. We have the holy spirit in us who guides us into truth.

I can show you from the bible when Paul speaks of dying to a law of righteousness he includes the ten commandments in that.
Who would you go by, the person who wrote half the books of the NT or an organisation that might contradict what he wrote?

Please just tell me. Does the website acknowledge Christ is the end of the whole law unto righteousness? I don't have time to view websites
Most churches I have been to leave you with the impression Christ died to wipe the slate clean at the point of conversion, the heaven is obtained under a righteousness of law keeping.

May I ask, why are you seeking to learn from religious organisations rather than the bible itself?

I'm not looking for a religious organization per-say. I am looking for fellowship or just people. ANYONE! Because I had a PTSD episode I was ostrasiced from a campus group and these mainstream "Christians" just stopped talking to me. They were supposed to be my friends. They outright lied to me. So then I found the other "mother god" church and it looked really nice at first and they made some really good points but then when they started talking about "mother god" I was like "hmm..maybe not" so I'm not gonna go with that one so I am churchless AGAIN! Idc about the building but I do care that I am being taught sound biblical truth. I have come to the conclusion that the sabbath MUST be kept and that the sabbath is on a Saturday but most churches keep it on Sunday and that's no good. I'm just tired of the lies and the people not caring. I want the real thing. Plus the Bible can be misiterpreted a million different ways and can be used for good or for evil. Satan is so dangerous because he knows the Bible so well. So all I want is to have the pure unfiltered truth. Mainstream Christianity can't give that to me. Part of this may be because I am hurt but maybe it's a good thing because it is pushing me to find something better. My boyfriend sent me a link about what to do if you can't find a church. It said to remain as I am, do my own thing and whenever I encounter another Christian, offer to do a Bible study with them and see what I can learn or maybe I could teach them something. So yeah I am looking for people and stuff but overall I just want truth. And while the Bible is truth, satan perverts it and we can't always understand the Bible for one reason or another so I want to understand it. Look at how many denominations there are. A lot of them use the SAME Bible but interpret it different! So how can we be surem ours is the right interpretation unless we do some digging?

Satan has no power whatsoever over us. The only power he has is what we give him. You have been hurt by some Christians and for that I am truly sorry. Don't throw everyone else in that same category because you were offended and hurt. Stop searching websites and other organizations. Search the Bible and trust in God alone and He will guide you. The HS is the comforter so let Him comfort you. You are going to find flaws in every church. This doesn't mean they are all purposely trying to corrupt you. If you want to follow the Sabbath on a Saturday then go for it. That is between you and God. But don't sit here and condemn the rest of us because we practice the Sabbath on Sunday. You are sounding like the people you are trying to get away from.

A quick question. What Saturday do you celebrate it on? Which one is the correct Saturday?

Satan has no power to change truth but he can put thoughts in our heads and "help" us interpret it different.

Also I have no condemned anyone. All I do is get really excited when I learn something new and want to share it with people. I can't help if you get offended by that...

I'm going to try to celebrate it every Saturday.

Not offended at all. I'm through with offense so we are all good. Yeah satan can tempt us or what not but everyday I see less and less temptation the closer I get to God. Satan has never tempted me while I am in praying, reading in spirit. See we aren't suppose to just read the bible to read it. We should read in spirit, pray in spirit, love in spirit etc...

Stop looking at websites and look to Jesus. Jesus is the rock, the law the all and all, the corner stone, the voice, the burning bush, all thing testify of him, why do so many separate Jesus and the law? He came to fulfill not to destroy. The law is the word of God , Jesus the word of God that became flesh. A living law that should be in our hearts.

Well then little sis you need to do some spiritual warfare. And what I mean by that is, praise the Lord. Satan hates when we give praise to God.

Pure unfiltered truth can only cone from the holy spirit.

When I became a christian I sat on the edge of my bed, deep in thought. There were six billion people in the world, most smarter than me. Most of them believed in God but had different ideologies concerning him. Even in Christianity there were so many different denominations with various doctrines, and geld by highly intelligent people. I suddenly felt very small and vulnerable in the grand scheme of things. So I did the only thing I could do. I got down on my knees and asked God to show me truth through the holy spirit as I read the bible and I trusted him to do it. Does Tha mean I am infallible in knowledge? Heck no, but you gave to put your trust somewhere, right"

I sympathise with your bad experiences in churches, I had that also. It left me in a terrible state in my youth
Yes the bible can be manipulated, Tha can be done by various groups, even ones you may initially trust. Concerning which day you must go to church, Paul speaks in romans 14 of disputable matters, things everyone can follow what they think they should follow. In verse five he states:
One man considers one day more sacred( holy) than another. Another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind
My understanding of that is. You are welcome to go to church on a Saturday and i am a Sunday. You may consider Saturday more holy than another day, i nay consider every day alike. But we do not have the right on Thi issue to say everyone must do as we do

That is the key. We only get to decide for us.
