Peter himself says in his sermon the day of Pentecost that what was occurring was what the prophet Joel prophesied. He quoted Joel 2:28.
Yes, but if you read the context from Joel 2,28 you can understand that this fulfillment was not to 100%. The cirumstances of Israel were not as it is described in Joel.

They were 1st century.

Ephesians 1:13 is the verse I used for my point of view.
We should realize also if we have received Gods spirit he’s with us all the time not just when we go to church sundays or when we’re on our best behavior

“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6:19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“…….And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:20-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, and have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, if they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: but that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭6:4-8‬ ‭

Like Nicodemus right? He was a teacher of Israel and yet could not understand Jesus. Jesus also said to the Pharisees “You search the scriptures thinking that through them you have eternal life, yet the scriptures point to Me…” They memorized the Torah and had scriptures on themselves yet they didn’t know God when He was standing right in front of them. The main argument against the disciples was that they were “unlearned, unread, and untrained” yet they turned the workd upside down because if their experience and relationship with Jesus. I appreciate your words, but I feel that I can gain more by fasting and praying and spending time with Jesus. It’s amazing the depth of understanding that comes from fasting, and failing at fasting.

The term.. “unlearned, unread, and untrained”.... speaks of having an official seminary training. (Yeshiva for the Jews. )

Yet, the disciples, being Jews, were always being taught in the synagogue from their youth.

Evidence of that is how Peter knew Joel to quote from it on the day of Pentecost...
He also cited it as something his hearers should also have been aware of.
For, the hearers too, were always learning Torah during the synagogue services.

What?

Jerusalem has been re-established?????

Read Joel 2 and 3.
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Joel 2&version=NIV

You are telling us that you think all that took place in the first century??????????
Only Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 AD... and it was against the Jews, not the church!

 why you think what you said?
The church and the new covenant is fully transitioned to with the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple. The old covenant is fully kaput. God has sanctioned Israel fully for their failure to keep the terms of the covenant. The new covenant is all that now exists.
In the process, God protected the church by rapturing the redeemed before the destruction of Jerusalem.
All of this is what the book of Revelation is about. After a brief preamble and historical prologue, the old covenant stipulations are given. This is followed by the sanctions that God foretold would result from the failure to abide by the terms of the covenant. This is followed by God's plan of succession of His plan of redemption under the new covenant.
The tribulation was the outpouring of the sanctions on unfaithful Israel. The destruction of the temple was the final evidence that God had withdrawn His presence and favor from Israel.

What's your point?
Which is the reason for salvation - we’re all

That's simply a spurious connection. Abraham had no relationship with God. Regardless of his lineage, he was a heathen living amongst heathens. He may have known things about God, but he wasn't living in a vital and dependent relationship with God. Neither has anyone ever. You have simply convinced yourself that God responds to men rather than men who respond to God. And this because you do not understand the condition of fallen man.
I know many grandchildren who know God, seem like they will be Christian all their lives and hit their teenage into early 20 years and look like a heathen. Abraham just reads like another human being in that aspect. But having Great Grandpa Noah and Grandpa Shem there's no doubt Abraham would have heard the Flood Story, about Enoch and who God was/is well before we see him from the Torah viewpoint.

I love that both Joshua and David mentioned the Book of Jasher because it fills in the voids to things missing and it was the Bible before the Bible was ever given to Moses.

So you do believe in predestination? Good!
Ephesians 1:13 is about Hearing the Gospel and that leads to Belief and the Sealing of the Holy Spirit.

13 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit.

As far as predestination goes, I believe how the Bible explains the Plan of Salvation, done by Jesus Christ, was set into motion before the foundation of the world and it came to pass and was fulfilled as God intended it to happen 100%

Sure, Abraham would have known stories about God. He would have also known of God through nature as well as conscience. None of those are the reality of knowing God and living in a real and vital relationship with God.

But it does show God is good for Generations to those who love Him.
Noah found Grace because Enoch his great Grandfather was a true man of God.
Abraham was approached by God because his great Grandfather Noah found Grace.

I see many people who are generations of Believers and there's some missing links here and there and I see generations of atheists. Pretty cool how the generations play into the mix of things.

I'm telling you that the Jerusalem in view is the new Jerusalem...the church. There no longer exists a covenant by which God deals with nations. Under what covenant would God deal with ethnic Israel?
You follow Dominion theology?

God exercises grace sovereignly, and not because of any worthiness in an individual.
