I give to you my brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, on the subject of false doctrine that I ask for you to discern,
Many use Ephesians 2:8-9 to say you don’t have to do anything for our Father because Paul tells our brothers in Ephesus “for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
I will say yes we are saved by his grace, and his grace alone!
However, if you read on in Ephesians 2:10 he continues to say we are created for good works which God our Father prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Now I plead with you to consider;
In 1John 3:16-23 verse 18, my little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. Verse 19, and by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him.
In James2:14- 26 James the brother of Jesus tells us faith without works is dead, but he also gives us two types of examples. The first type we come across in a day to day basis when he talks about a brother or sister in need in verse 15-16. The second type comes as a direct command from our Father as he mentioned in verse 21 when he talks about Abraham offering Isaac on the altar.
(I would say the same could be said for the prophets. Would they not also be justified by works as Abraham was? Would Paul and all of the other apostles not be justified by works as well?)
Then in the parable in Matthew 25:14-30 the servant that received the one talent in 24-30 went and hid his Lords talent. Now in verse 26 You wicked and lazy servant you knew I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. In verse 29 He said to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. Verse 30 he is cast out, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 7:13-14 tells us enter by the narrow gate. As well as narrow is the gate and difficult is the way
Matthew 7:21-23 tells us he who does (verb) the will of my father in heaven.
Matthew 7:24 whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does (verb) them, I will liken him to a wise man.
If one is to feel in their heart that being blessed with the opportunity to serve our great and mighty Father and his son our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who came down in the flesh is not worth doing because Paul (who speaks truth) tells us not of works lest we boast I pray they ask where that comes from, I pray their eyes open, I pray their heart understand.
I ask you my brothers and sisters in Christ our Lord, which is a false teaching;
1: Don’t worry you do not have to really turn to our Father, just believe him. You do not have to do anything to serve and glorify our mighty Father and our fellow Brothers and sisters, live however you want, Conform to the world.
2: turn to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who came down in the flesh. Turn to our Father, the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob! Turn to our Father and you will see His works that He prepared for you beforehand that you should walk in them. Seek, and you shall find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
I pray all my brothers and sisters see and hear. For my heart breaks and tears come to my eyes from the thought of any of them standing before our Loving Lord and he tell them I never knew you, you who practice lawlessness/ye that work iniquity

The words that you presented are TRUTH, so lets see if you really do the Truth...

Acts 2:38 Repent and BE BAPTIZED everyone of you in the NAME of JESUS CHRIST for the REMISSION of sins, and you shall recieve the gift of the HOLY SPIRIT.

Everyone that is born again of the water and the Spirit has taken on the salvation name of Jesus, it is the power and authority of God, as he said that he came in his Fathers name.

All the Family in heaven and in earth is named by the authority and power of Jesus name, and his own word is even placed above his name, yet the Apostles commanded to be baptize in his name, for niether is there salvation in any other for there is none other name under heaven whereby we must be saved.

I assume that you are living according to what you have posted, so in response to your own post, what are the goods works that you were redeemed and created for and that you are showing forth in your own life with the fruit of those works? When someone is preaching the gospel of Christ and those that hear it believe unto righteousness through their preaching, is not that preaching a good work and those who believe is not that the fruit of the work of preaching? If a sinner believes upon the name of Jesus and is forgiven and cleansed of all sin is not that the fruit of a good work within that believing sinner? If I have been redeemed by the blood of Christ and God asks only one thing of me as a mother or father and that is to lay my life down for my family and those in my neighborhood, is that not a good work that takes God's grace and a trust in His provision?

If I acknowledge that all things are of God and in God's plan I esteem others better than myself, is not that the work of the cross that works death in me so that life might be worked in others? If I see my brother sin and cover his sin with the same love that God has covered my sin, is that not the work of love of our Lord Jesus Christ that was exhibited on the cross and is shed abroad in our heart by the Holy Spirit? Is this the kind of good works that you are referring to? Some of God's good work is seen but much is unseen that God will reward openly. I would say that we should examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith and first exhort ourselves (our own vineyard) unto good works and then we will have the grace of God to exhort (the vineyard of) others unto love and good works. The faith that we have been given that really works and bears fruit is rooted in the love of God that has come through His Son and through the cross. That faith, motivated by the love of God, will always produce the kind of works that reveal the goodness of God.

  • as long as one seeks the truth and they follow his commandments, 1john 2:4 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1john1:6-7 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. our Father knows who His are, and they know Him</SPAN></SPAN>

12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”
5:9-10 I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. 10 Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world.
3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him….

6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth

37 Then He said to His disciples, &#8220;The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. 38 Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.&#8221;
