I know it's possible to hear a tongues and interpretation and never really listen or remember what is said. I know because I have done it myself. Somewhere in the holiness of the matter I forgot to listen to what was said. I once heard a man in Bible College suggest that we could even take notes on what is said in interpretations. It sparked something in me of curiosity. Wouldn't it be great if God was talking to know what He said? I know alot of people on this site bellieve if God talks, it adds to Holy Writ therefore God is not talking but I must admit their view of God makes God mute and unable to speak. I argue back with the this verse John 21:25 "And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen." God continues to do things that might not make it into the Scripture. Jesus himself did works and they are not recorded in Scripture. It is a false assumption to say it all must be in Scripture or God cannot do it. I would suggest to every Pentecostal to find some way to really hear God speaking in tongues and interpretation. Some people record their church service. Some people take notes. Some people are just really good at listening. But I guarentee you that when God speaks through one of the gifts of the Spirit we need to hear what is said because there are blessings and promises coming from God for us specifically.

Do we really need a part 2 to this? I mean wasnt all the bickerin in the first one enough? Not tryin to discourage you or anything personal, but it seems when we cant get enough amens on one thread, we just make a part 2 in hopes itll change minds, clearly it wont. I have come to the conclusion ppl on here are just as set intheir beliefs as I am in mine, other than just ordinary convo.....its a waste of your breath and their time. God bless ya anyways.

Looking at it from The Father's point of view ; it IS rather cute, when one wants(covets) to move AHEAD of The Plan that IS ALEADY set in Place; Jesus THE Christ.

Who KNOW"S what the outcome may be, with one that Love's Christ SO Much; Yet still KNOWS very little reguarding OUR Father? :confused:

I SURE Wouldn't want (covet); to be The Judge of such a one as ME.

There IS a Pentecost, But IT IS in OUR Fther's Time, NOT our's;

Thanks Be To Jesus THE Christ. Thats That! :)

Forever in Christ :)

I must admit I did not even read all the pages on the first part so I must have missed the discouraging arguments. I was encouraged by the good responses of the first page to post another thread. It's really not a continuation of the first thread but another thread addressed to Pentecostals specifically. It is a differnet topic with some of the same aspects. I learned just not to read the negative post if it discouraged me as much as you seem to be discouraged.

I wouldnt say discouraged, as much as disgust. I am what I am. God loves me, doeant really matter much if anyone else thinks im splittin hell wide open cause I believe in miracles, tongues, and all the other things that im sure someone on here will and have found fault with. I have found, if we can agree, on whatever little bits and pieces we can find in common, praise God for it, if i can learn from you, praise God for it, if i can be any help at all to anyone....Im all for it, all the rest is just words, and im not subscribing.
