I like Science fiction.

Robert Heinlein was great until he went strange.
Dr Who is great.

Your profile said that you were saved when you were 6 years old. Why then are you doing things you know is sin? Why are you doing things that are dampening your relationship with God and hurting his feelings?

My boyfriend is the hottest guy I've ever seen. I just can't help myself.

I want to have sex too but I haven't. I made a promise to my future husband and kids (if I have them) and to God to not have sex. I've made it so far and I'm 21. I sin and have dirty dreams which I confess and ask for forgiveness for. It is hard. However, what is better: to honor God or have momentary pleasure with your boyfriend?

Lord God, please give Misa the strength to say no to the things that dishonor you and show her how much you love her. Lord, also help me in following you as well.

Misa, God loves you and is hurt at how you have chosen sinful ways, that ultimately hurt you, over him.

Hi Misa, I would recommend to you that you read the first two chapters of 1 John... :)

Cool. It says "Whoever says 'I know him' but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him". Just something to think about...

I have tried to help you in a gentle way but now I have to be a little more stern because I am trying to help you.

I think you are in denial about your sin. That is really dangerous. Repent and come back to God. He desires to have a strong relationship with you. Why are you stomping on the blood that he has shed for you? Why are you hurting him? He is God Almighty! He is waiting for you to turn back to him. As more time goes by he will convict you in harsher ways.(1 Corinthians 11:32 and
Revelation 3:19 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent.)

It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of an angry God! Do not think that God overlooks your sin. Whats worse is that you are claiming to be a Christian and still willfully sin against him. If you are truly a Christian your are sinning even more because you are leading people down the wrong path by your lifestyle. I say that to myself too. Please, repent and be like Jesus! Live like him, breath him and eat his words as if your very bones depended on it! Please...

That would stop you from sinning in the form of premarital sex. Its a good idea insofar as the bible advises people to get married if they can't control their passions.

But would you be truly repentant for the sins you have committed?

I wouldn't do that. My mom and her ex-husband did that. It didn't work out well. If you are marrying someone just to have sex, no good can come from that.

Haha. Can you imagine how that would go with my atheist boyfriend?

Me: I'm breaking up with you.
Him: What? Why?!
Me: You're just too hot. I have to get an uglier boyfriend so I'll stop sinning all the time.
Him: ..........
Me: I just want to get into heaven, dude..

many people think that gay adoption is wrong and then there are the other people who think it's right
what are youurh views on it ?

i personly think it's wrong as god has said

to be gay is a sin !!
Sure, but there's a seperation of church and state isn't there? The Bible should not be a deciding factor in what laws are placed.

(People should have the choice of doing wrong, without fear of the government interferring.)

Also, if it's between no parents, and a gay parent. would you really like to have a child miss out on a family, just because it's not totally God approved.

(being without parents isn't God approved either mind you)

Society will choose what it allows and what it disallows. It shall also wear the consequences.
God has been known to judge whole civilisations. (the spell checker on here uses American spelling - isn't this site hosted in Australia ?)

I'm not fond of the bolded statement. I know what you mean by it, but I don't like the way you worded it.

Other than that, I agree with you.

As I understand it, the 'separation of Church and state' was intended to prohibit the state influencing the Church and the individuals' religious conscience, not vice versa.

Then you understand it wrong, as that would be a contradiction to democracy. (in fact it would be a theocracy)
