why doesn’t genesis explain
It is better to read your science book first. Then we can use that to better understand the Bible. Most main line denominations require their pastors to get a degree in Science first and then they can study theology. Science talks about a green house effect. At the time of Pangea when the dinosaurs lived the atmosphere was a lot more humid. When God opened the: "floodgates of the heavens " this was when a lot of the humidity fell to the earth. This is when the age of the dinosaurs ended and the age of primates and mammals began. Another important event with the atmosphere was what they call the great oxygen event.

This is why the bottomless pit has no bottom. The inner core of the earth is so hot that it is a liquid. Some believe this is the lake of fire that we read about. Hotter then the Sun according to this "video".

Just the opposite the inner core is solid iron, the outer core is molten liquid of a few different elements.

Iron at that temp is not a solid. Although it maybe pure. The point was that there is no bottom. It would be difficult maybe even impossible to determine an exact center to the earth. Because the surface is in a constant state of motion.

It was almost 60 years ago that I had a dream about the bottomless pit. It just now that I am beginning to understand what I saw. Just like around 30 years ago I wrote what could be considered a book and I am just now starting to understand what I wrote. Not that I paid that much attention. I just found it the other day in with some old photos.

No the inner is solid need to read those science books, in the video it explains why it is solid the gravity is 3 million times that of the surface, it’s compressing the iron into a solid ball

there are different lights placed in the firmament to give light upon the earth,
I studied the physics of light in college. At the time of the dinosaurs the atmosphere was pink because of the humidity level was so high. Today the sky is blue. Light can be reflected, refracted and filtered. In paint when you add color you are actually subtracting the ability of the paint to reflect. When you filter light this is called the additive color theory. When you take a photograph you are recording the light that is reflected off of an object. The light this is absorbed can not be photographed. My camera has bounce flash so I bounce the light off of the wall or ceiling to give a more softer and defused light for the person I am photographing. I remember once in Hong Kong they were filming a boy and a girl on the beach. There was a camera man and another person with a reflector to bounce the sun light off of the actors and onto the camera. It was overcast that day so the light they were using was filtered by the clouds and a lesser quality light if there had been no clouds that day.

There are reasons your eyes see what they see like a blue sky, the human eye is like a camera

Maybe bottomless is not a good translation then. The Greek word here is abyss. So maybe we just need to figure out what abyss means. Is that what abyss means is a gravity of 3 million times? With black holes they talk about an event horizon. The point where light can not escape. The firmament by some people is considered to be the horizon or boundary between heaven and earth. Below we have fish that swim and above we have birds that fly. Except for flying fish, but that maybe something else.

The letter Y represents the eyes because the two images are joined together to become one. When Sony first came out with a digital movie camera they said we could use a fireboard to edit the images on the computer. I was having problems and I kept calling Texas instrument to find out why. Eventually they told me that the problem was with the intel processor and that was when they very rapidly developed the Pentium 3 to deal with what they called an inter-polarization problem of the two images in motion pictures. I gave up on trying to figure it all out after that. Although I did play around with the little mp3 player watches when they first came out around 15 years ago. Now my son has some sort of a watch that does all sorts of fancy stuff. He use to carry a little pi computer around in a lunch box in high school So I guess he likes to play with that sort of stuff.

Well I’m not much interested in knowing that abyss, I’ll just look to horizon lol jk, yea that is probably whole topic on its own. but there is a zone that keeps out that 454 degrees below zero space chill

Well I’m not much interested in knowing that abyss,
At the time I saw the abyss I was under anesthesia for a rather simple operation. I had a fear of falling after that. It was not until years later when I was reading the Bible that I realized what I had seen. Only recently did it occur to me that this was actually a dormant volcano. Although in the book of revelation it is active. I should be grateful that is no longer my destiny now that I am saved and redeemed. Like you I have no desire to see hell. Although we hear about people that claim to have seen it. I have had dreams about Heaven and I am glad to go to visit there.

Speaking about volcanos here’s the largest known inactive
