Saved=delivered. Repentance is reserved for the person that has had their heart changed from the heart of stone to a fleshy heart in the new birth that can be pricked in their conscience to repent. The unregenerate natural man will not repent of breaking a spiritual law that he cannot discern, and thinks it to be foolishness, 1 Cor 2:14. Repentance is a product of the new birth, and not the cause of it.

The regenerated person is delivered (saved) from the consequences of their sin when they repent, which has nothing to do with eternal deliverance.
We don't have a verse that says we have been given a heart of flesh replacing a stony heart ,apart from ' Israel ' .

Yes, but that is Jacob surname Israel, which represents God's elect, Rom 9:11, not the whole nation of Israel. All Israel is not of Israel.

I found it, but you could have saved me the time to look it up. It is just a matter of being polite.
Acts 11.18
18¶When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

Jesus has already paid for their sins ..They need to obey the Gospel ( believe what Jesus has already done. )
If Jesus has already paid for their sins, why is it necessary for them to obey the gospel? He either paid for their sins, or he did not pay for their sins.

Ethnic descent from Abraham is not enough to be considered “Abraham’s children,” as the examples of Ishmael and Esau demonstrate; Israel has already been granted unmerited blessings as compared with other descendants of Abraham

Because paying for sins doesn't ' cause ' Them to recieve the atonement. Nor does it glorify anyone . Your faulty view of ' regeneration preceds faith and ' irresistible grace, clouds your understanding of the scriptures. In fact you are unable to see it with the view your currently holding .

A person Goes to hell because his sins are paid for ,BUT refuses to believe the truth so as to be saved. 1 cor 1.21 .
For all have sinned ( Romans 3 ) AND come short of the Glory of God .
Atonement is one component of many components in salvation. It alone is not what saves. (Tit. 3:5; Rom. 5:10)

Atonement is a prerequisite for salvation, not the execution of it. (Rom. 5, 8; 2 Cor. 5; Tit. 3:5).

The Atonement must be received. (Rom. 5:11, 17; Jn. 1:12; 1 Cor. 15:1-4)
The Atonement does not glorify anyone. (Rom. 8)

God choose an elect people before the foundation of the world. He gave these same people to Christ to be a sacrifice for their sins, offered to God, not offered to mankind. Sometime between their natural birth and their physical death God quickens them to a spiritual being by his sovereign grace, putting his Holy Spirit within them, in which faith is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

After going through the rebirth, they still do commit sins, but they are not held accountable to them, as far as their eternal inheritance is concerned, because their sins were paid for on the cross.

It isn't what any man tells you to believe, or how you paraphrase the words of the Lord. Our sin kills us, being saved is getting rid of the sin that kills us. To get rid of it, we have to turn from it and let Jesus take care of it. To give it into the care of Jesus, we have to turn it over to Him, in other words, we have to repent. We are humans, we can't stop sinning, but we can stop willing to sin. That is required.
Christ saved everyone that his Father gave him from their sins on the cross, as far as their inheritance of heaven is concerned.

After those he died for are born into this world by natural birth, and sometime between their natural birth and their natural death, God quickens them to a spiritual life, which does not eliminate them from occasionally sinning, and necessitates them to repent, not to receive eternal heaven, but to stay in good fellowship with God. Repentance in not the cause of getting eternal life, but is the product of eternal life.

Does God have special ways of speaking to Israel so it is not the truth of the Lord? Can we listen in?
when you read a passage referring to God speaking to Noah for example, do you interpret that as God speaking to you??

Before you believed, was there no change of heart in you to turn from your fleshly ways to the right path in sincerity? To believe entails a sincere decision one makes to turn from his old way of fleshly life to a new way of life in Christ Jesus.

Nehemiah 6 has provided us with God's commandment - That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. (1 John 3:23) . So it is not only believing, we must walk the walk too. Love is the fulfilment of the Law
1 Cor 2:14, The natural unregenerate man cannot discern (believe) the things of the Spirit, and thinks them to be foolishness.

The only way that the natural man can learn to believe in the things of the Spirit is for God to quicken him to a new spiritual life, with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, while he is yet spiritually dead (having no ability to believe), Eph 2:5.

Yes you believe in the theory of ' regeneration precedes faith ' .

I believe that the scriptures teach that the indwelling of the Holy Spirit comes with being born again spiritually, and that spiritual faith is a fruit of the Holy Spirit. How else can you have spiritual faith?

That would only make sense with something we could never imagine believing. Like " to be saved you must lift up the moon 3 times " .
Acts 1:3
King James Version
3 To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:

Notice here that God gives many ' infallible proofs'
Hardly seems necessary given your world view .
