Sister it is John 1:1 from the Gospel of John, I, 2, 3 John are his epistles. By revelation do you mean understanding? The understanding I get is that the Word was with God and is God. Verse 3 tells me that the Word created all things and if He was not in the beginning or from eternity there would of been no creation if the Word was created and not eternal.
