Because it is not the letter that we are bound to; but rather we are set free to obey the spirit of what is written (Romans 7:6).

The spirit of the sabbath day law is found in Matthew 11:28-30.
That isn't exactly true.

Rest in Christ is continuous.

The rest described in the 10 commandments was a re-occurring 7th day rest.

Romans 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

This doesn't say ANYTHING about obey the "spirit" of what is written.

WhOlEnEsS comes from thinking from many points of view... but when we choose one side over the other it can make uneven... and unknown meaning... confusing... lost in doctrines, dogmas, personal beliefs... not Light. Christ is Wholeness. He sees all sides and knows all things.

I agree.

Often, when I am responding to something, I may even see virtue in what is being said by the other party; and yet for the most part I share the contrast in the word; since they have already spoken what is important from their perspective and it is valid. I do also believe that it is important to look at all sides of an issue any time that you are examining it.
