Mercy and grace are both concepts integral to salvation!

Mercy is not receiving the judgement we would otherwise be due.
Grace is receiving blessings, including the Holy Spirit, that we do not deserve.

Be blessed!

Could you elaborate on the Grace one? You're almost there.
GOD loves righteousness and does everything right, the only way man would be able to have a relationship with GOD after the fall of man before JESUS's perfect sacrifice to GOD on our behalf was to adhere to GOD's law on our own merit and perfectly which no man was able to accomplish and GOD counted all men to be coming short of the glory of GOD.

GOD made a way for man to have eternal life by making a way for man by the blood of JESUS.

Although GOD Is sovereign and could have made everything like It was before the fall without having JESUS come to the world to sacrifice HIS life on our behalf,GOD loves righteousness and chose to do everything the righteous way.

I've heard grace explained as getting what we do not deserve and mercy explained as not getting what we do deserve.

Grace is the unmerited favor of God. God's grace cannot be earned by our actions or sincerity. Grace is based on the character of God and not on our sincerity, performance, or ability to keep the law. Otherwise, grace would not be grace.

Romans 11:6, "But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace."

Galatians 2:21, "I do not nullify the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly."

2 Timothy 1:9, "who has saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity."

God's grace is His enabling power in which He operates sovereignly in the lives of believers.

1 Corinthians 15:10 - But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain; but I labored even more than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me.

2 Corinthians 1:12 - For our proud confidence is this: the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and godly sincerity, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward you.

2 Corinthians 12:9 - And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.

Yes, very nice expansion!

Ok What's the difference between the two? Most people I ask say they are both undeserved favor. But if they are the same thing, why do we say Grace and Mercy? Why does the Bible say Grace and Mercy?....Two different names must be two different things. Right?
I suppose mercy is a subset of grace. We all know what mercy is. Grace is just the Lord's expressing his love to us in different ways, one of them showing us mercy when he chooses to do that.
