As we know the scripture saya my sheep hear my voice and they follow I would imagine the father will tell them the lord has returned. I do hope we get a new testament prophet tho coming here next week and say this day is going to happen in two weeks, and it happens 😊
I finally showered and will start wrapping presents. Found the paper quickly cuz it's sitting by my chair where I left it last year. In the meantime, while I should have been showering and wrapping gifts, I tried to fix photoshop scratch disk issues so I could do some work, then edited some older files to alter things that have bothered me for, oh, a long long time, and then I did some vacuuming, plus I have been here for hours, so you may gather from all that, that my time management skills are sorely lacking. So, no, please no, not in the next two weeks. I will need more time than that .;)

But of that day...could be speaking of what occurs and not the timing.
my main concern is i feal we are in tribulation now, and there has been many great tribulations in the world just in the last two centuries alone and may even be greater wars to come,

I also believe the church will be here for tribulation before the lord returns no matter how greater it gets.

For this reason there will be many new testament prophets arise. I feel this is the substance of the text that says even your son's and daughters will prophesize.

Just my thoughts really not a biggy to me 😊

I'm more concerned for the here and now and I take the approach it will or it won't

I understand. And there is always tribulation. But I believe the tribulation spoken of was concerning the wrath poured out on the nation Israel for crucifying Jesus.
The book of Revelation was written to 1st century Jews. They are the audience. The things written must first make sense and have application to those it is written to.

Isn't it day or hour?
Agree. So it is about that day and about that hour. And it's speaking of the wrath that was to come upon Israel. It was also described as being worse than anything before it. Israel's judgments to this point had been severe, but the nation had never before suffered the loss of covenant relationship with God.

you need to get out of that habit you always eat as soon as get up and make it a number one priority, this is very important to maintaining healthy white blood cells. And you need to listen to your friend from the across the pond with this one.

My first priority in life is food comes first 4 times a day and all other stuff is planned around that 😊

I only eat twice a day most days, plus sometimes a bowl of frozen yogurt, or an apple...

There's no way I feel like eating upon awakening. It is usually about five or six hours later.

The last few days have been odd ones for me. And not healthy, like one night getting
only two hours of sleep and then hardly eating anything at all around those two days.

I almost lost my balance a few times in the shower...

Hi there! The believers are mentioned a lot after this. In this very verse, God is referring to His kids! Let’s read it again and see what He says to us (saints/Elect).

Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth

What is the hour of temptation that the church of Philadelphia escapes? The hour of temptation is that "hour" when the Antichrist is here on earth claiming to be the Messiah. This doesn’t mean that the church is flying away anywhere. Not at all! Rather, this is saying that those with the “seal of God in their foreheads“ will not be taken in or deceived by Satan (the AC)—Christ even instructs Satan and his ”locust“ army in Rev. 9:4:
They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree, but only those men who do not have the seal of God in their foreheads.

Hey, we Christians will be all suited up in our Gospel armor, standing firm and “holding fast.” In Rev. 3:11-13, it is written: "Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown. "He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. And I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name. "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." ' View attachment 259061
Greetings and thank you for your reply, I must apologize, my post should have read, why are the Church Age Believers not mentioned after chapter 3 of Revelation?

There will be many Saved/Saints/Sealed during the Tribulation, in part because of the Two Witnesses and 144,000 Jews. This will be after, He who now restrains is taken out of the way.
To be honest, I am either pre-trib or mid-trib, but am not dogmatic about either time. The main thing is there will be a Rapture and Jesus will return.

Still wondering, if He who restrains is the Holy Spirit......

Forget the pre-trib, post-trib war those who conduct it are showing DISRESPECT to Jesus our Saviour, who said"whatever you DO TO the LEAST of these, YOU ALSO DO to Me", see Matt. 25:40, 43.
Not a good look guys!

And brethren, that IS a gentle rebuke from the Lord.
Jepethiel:: 26/12/2023. AZ.

As for me I personally know of over 400 HIDDEN MANNA scriptures on the subject of the catching-away, the 2nd Advent, the Millenium, and the 'Great Feast, see Luke chapter 14, the entire chapter being on the subject of the MARRIAGE SUPPER of the Lamb.

I am Jepethiel, the KEEPER of the CAPSTONE doctrine.

As to the 'Rapture Doctrine, IT IS NOT a LEGITIMATE DOCTRINE of scripture since it is a DOCTRINE of DEMONS. I will explain in a different thread.

The 'Rapture' theory is from a PRIVATE INTERPRETATION of prophecy. A violation of 2 Pet. 1:20-21.

ONLY the Holy Spirit Is God authorised to INTERPRET PROPHECY, because He is the Author of ALL WRITTEN PROPHECY.

Get your facts, look up 'John Nelson Darby' in Wikipedia!

It surfaced in the mid 1840's. And though the central truth, that Jesus the BRIDEGROOM IS RETURNING IN the AIR, (Gk. 'arpadzow; defined by Thayer's Lexicon as - 'to catch away, to snatch from somewhere, to translate from one place to another, with the implied sense of 'out of peril'.'
The 'Rapture' theory 'promotes' self-centred thinking focused on 'won't it be wonderful for me when ...' that is typical of satanically inspired interpretations of a spiritual, and frequently prophetic truth.

Your servant in Christ,

Jepethiel.

Post #195 shows that Jepethiel is actually a false prophet. Here's why:

1. He calls the Bible doctrine of the Resurrection/Rapture a "theory". There are numerous passages in the NT which relate to this doctrine.

2. He attributes the teaching on the Rapture to the 19th century and J.N. Darby, when Christ Himself presented the truth of the Rapture in John 14:1-3, and the apostle John confirmed it in 1 John 3:1-3.

3. He assumes that those who hold to the doctrine of the Resurrection/Rapture are merely self-centered escapists, when it is God who has said that we are not appointed to wrath but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thess 5:9,10). Unless the Church and the Holy Spirit are "taken out of the way" the Antichrist cannot take control of the world.

4. He calls it a "doctrine of demons" and "Satanically inspired" when God gave us a preview of the Rapture in the catching up of Enoch (Heb 11:5): By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. Those who are alive when Christ comes for His Bride will not see death.

BEWARE OF FALSE PROPHETS WHO COME IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING.

By Pseudo-Ephraem

"Why therefore do we not reject every care of earthly actions and prepare ourselves for the meeting of the Lord Christ, so that he may draw us from the confusion, which overwhelms all the world? . . . For all the saints and elect of God are gathered, prior to the tribulation that is to come, and are taken to the Lord lest they see the confusion that is to overwhelm the world because of our sins."

Not true... this is a very skewed and lacking "understanding" of the purposes of "our Rapture" (which we will be passive recipients, by the way, IOW it is HIS action upon us--thus HIS will)...

...because one of its purposes is: that once it occurs, this is a primary impetus [HE CAUSES] that turns Israel to faith in Christ (PRAISE THE LORD for that, right?!)... and it is THEY who (having then come to faith in Christ IN / DURING / WITHIN the Trib yrs / FOLLOWING "our Rapture") will GO ON to "turn many to righteousness" (i.e. DO the "INVITING" to the promised and prophesied EARTHLY Millennial Kingdom age)...

It's just that many believers today, because they blur everything into one big mish-mash of mush, USURP Israel's role and what THEY [the believing remnant of Israel] are tasked with doing IN / DURING / WITHIN the 7-yrs leading up to Christ's RETURN to the earth at Rev19.

So, it's more that folks who do not grasp the "purposes" of the pre-trib rapture, are ignoring its impact "FOR GOOD" upon Israel (Rev12:17's "remnant of her seed" speaks OF THEM [not US]) and, one could say, are endeavoring to usurp THEIR role and hence THEIR rewards.

How is that "praiseworthy"?

One does not go by feelings to try and understand what is in Scripture. The Great Tribulation is a UNIQUE EVENT. It has never occurred before and will never occur again. So there have not been many great tribulations. And we are definitely NOT in The Tribulation.

I may try something like that... thank you for the suggestion .:)

Even though I left here over half an hour later than I had wanted, I still got to my daughter's place just after 2, which is well within the time frame I said I'd be there (between 2-3). There was not much traffic. We had a lovely visit with each other, exchanged our gifts, gabbed our heads off, and eventually sat down to a wonderful Christmas feast of roasted turkey breast with all the trimmings: stuffing (my absolute fave!), mashed with gravy, browned slices of yam or sweet potato, beans with something like small crunchy onion rings, and cranberry sauce. Plus, Auntie gave me a huge to-go container of leftovers; I think she felt guilty because last year (I think it was last year) she forgot to give me leftovers to take home with me. By the time clean-up was done it was close to seven, and my daughter wanted us to watch a movie together, so we settled on a Nicholas Cage number called Dream Scenario, which was interesting to say the least haha. By the time the movie ended it was close to nine so I said my good byes, packed up my goodies and was home before ten. It took longer to get home: more traffic and rainier. Last year we had snow and a while Christmas. This December we have been breaking records for warmest December days in about a hundred years. All-in-all, a lovely day, even though I could not find two of the gifts to wrap, one of which was Auntie's. Oops! All afternoon and throughout dinner we listened to a lovely, mostly mellow selection of Christmas tunes, many of them about Jesus.

Thank you for listening to me go on and on. Here is one of the panels I fixed after having it bug me for a long time how I had changed the robe colour, because I did not know how to do it back then and made a bit of a mess of it, using a brush instead of a different tool. One time when I showed my daughter one of my panels, I told her the robe had started out red, but I changed it to magenta. She replied, "Of course you did." .

I hope you had a wonderful day with your family .:)
