I agree :), we are not to judge. I don't know why people focus so much in the YOU ARE GOING TO HELL 'CAUSE YOU ARE GAY like if other things were less of a sin , as you pointed out, any sex outside of marriage is a sin, lying is a sin, etc, etc.
If christians hadn't separated homosexuality as another sin without cure, maybe we would see it like what it is: Another sin some people have to struggle with more than other people, so this way we can encourage each other to overcome that sin. But well...now the world sees it as something that is normal.

So Lad, you have my admiratioon , I stand up and applaud you , haha. I guess it's not easy to admit it and then accept that is wrong when the entire world tells you it's not. What a miracle really.

And I have a question for you . After you got healed, did u consider to stay single or you immediately decided you would like to get married someday?
First please dont admire me, I did NOTHING it was all God, and i glorify Him for everything :)

Second, wanting to get married wasnt a decision made after the healing, it was the hope during it. I looked forward greatly to the day where God would provide for me the perfect woman suited to me. It kept me going, and strong through the troubles that came and I still cant wait for married life. I realise that staying single is for some people and i commend them but i fall under the category paul gives of 'burning with desire' lol

Ohhh ok,I thought that maybe before you weren't interested in marriage at all. And yeah seems like that's the common category, I'm also registered in that one, lol.

Hi all, ive seen many many threads on homosexuality that feature loads of unfounded opinions from harsh christians, loving christians and non christians alike.

So i decided to start my own question and answer thread, i myself was completely gay but was healed by God and am now completely straight. So seeing as Im a christian both when i was gay and now, and Ive had lots of experience on the subject, ask me any questions you like :)
[/QUOTE]And the power of God is truly awesome! You sacrificed your desire because you put the Lord first. These are the followers he will take into his kingdom. The ones that take a major stand. You are so humble about it and so honest. God will truly bless you for this decision you have made. This news made my day today! :)
