I opened my mouth at our mens Saturday morning Bible Study. Now I need to back up what I said biblically. Normally I can find it in the Bible. This time I can not.
I paraphrased scripture which goes like this:
If your brother stumbles and you don't reach out a hand you are guilty,
But if you reach out a hand and he slaps it away you are not considered guilty.
Any help with this will be very much appreciated as I am careful about saying somethings in the Bible.

1 Corinthians 8:10?

That is the best I can come up with.

I saw that scripture, I've been looking everywhere. That's not it.
Please keep me in mind if you run across something else. I
Know it's scripture. It's a simple and logical scripture, God wants
Us to reach out to those that stumble but we are not held guilty
If they refuse our hand. If we were held guilty we might not
want to reach out.

I don’t think that there is a verse like that, but this is the closest that I can fined

Ezekiel 3:38 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked [man], thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked [man] shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

I think you have found it and I thank you very much. That's
Saying the same thing. I must have read it originally in a
more liberal translation that said a brother that's stumbled
instead of the wicked dieing in sin.

Is this the verse you're looking for...
Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

think PeterT got the verses, but here are a few more that correlate to the theme of turning your brother from sin:

James 5
13 Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. 16 Confess your trespasses[e] to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. 17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.

19 Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, 20 let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul[f] from death and cover a multitude of sins.

Jeremiah 8:5-7
New King James Version (NKJV)
5 Why has this people slidden back,
Jerusalem, in a perpetual backsliding?
They hold fast to deceit,
They refuse to return.
6 I listened and heard,
But they do not speak aright.
No man repented of his wickedness,
Saying, ‘What have I done?’
Everyone turned to his own course,
As the horse rushes into the battle.

7 “ Even the stork in the heavens
Knows her appointed times;
And the turtledove, the swift, and the swallow
Observe the time of their coming.
But My people do not know the judgment of the LORD.

Good call on the verse but I believe you made a typo. Aren't the verses Ezekiel33:8-9 not 3:38-9 Chapter 3 of Ezekiel only has 27 verses. Not trying to be picky but it easier for people to find if they have the correct chapter and verse. No biggie we all make typos at times.
Eze 33:8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
Eze 33:9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
