does it say anywhere else in the bible that God does not change? except in malachi, i was just doing a bit of bible study and i really thought it did but cant seem to get my brain in gear at the minute

The Lord is always creating new things, but the law doesn’t change. We have to always love the Lord with all our hearts, minds, and souls, and love our neighbors as ourselves.
