There are no pillars of smoke in Acts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, etc. b. There is no fulfillment of the dark sun or the bloody moon anywhere in the Book of the Acts. . Joel is speaking of deliverance in “Mount Zion” (Joel 2:32), where the temple was and “in Jerusalem” (Joel 2:32), which spiritually is called “Sodom and Egypt” (Rev. 11:8)!
All this is true. The sun will turn dark, and the moon into blood after the church is raptured. They are the signs for the start of the Day of the Lord and His wrath. We have no appointments with His wrath.

19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

This will come with the Day of the Lord. Joel's prophecy was not for just one 24 hour day, but events over an extended period of time.

If you study 1 Thes. 4 & 5, in chapter 5 Paul gives us timing information of the rapture he wrote of in chapter 4. After the dead in Christ are raised, two groups of people get two very different results: those who are in Christ will get "salvation" and be caught up, but those living in darkness will, at the same moment in time, get caught in sudden destruction. Paul then hints strongly that this sudden destruction is the start of God's wrath, and reminds us that God will set no appointments for us with His wrath. In other words, we will be caught up just before this sudden destruction wrath.

In Revelation that would be after the 5th seal martyrs of the church age and before the 6th seal wrath of God.

The Spirit was NOT poured out on “all flesh” anywhere in Acts 2. The Spirit filled twelve men (or 120 disciples), and the Spirit was no more “poured out” on the 3,000 converts than on the converts of Acts 17:34. They received the gift of the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:38–39), but a “pouring out” never took place.
You will have to argue with Peter when you get to heaven! Pentecost was the START of Joe's prophecy. Did you ever wonder how many people today are filled with the Holy Spirit and pray in tongues? I can assure you, it is all races and people groups. I don't think Joel meant every single human being. I think He meant Jew and Gentile alike.

Ellicot's commentary says, "“upon all flesh”—i.e., without distinction of race or person "

Benson's Commentary says: " upon all flesh — Upon believing Gentiles, as well as believing Jews "

Barne's Notes says " "This which He says, "on all flesh," admits of no exception of nations or persons. For before Jesus was glorified, He had poured His Spirit only on the sons of Zion, and out of that nation only were there prophets and wise men. But after He was glorified by His Resurrection and Ascension, He made no difference of Jews and Gentiles, but willed that remission of sins should be preached to all alike."

J.F.B. Commentary says "sons … daughters … old … young—not merely on a privileged few..."

Pool's commentary says, "Upon all flesh; before these gifts were confined to a few people, to one particular nation, to a very small people; but now they shall be enlarged to all nations, "

Gill's Commentary: "that is, all sorts of men, Jews and Gentiles, men of all nations; and such there were on the day of Pentecost, "

Where does Joel speak of ANYONE talking in tongues? Joel doesn’t prophesy of rushing winds and cloven tongues of fire, or even “other tongues,” anywhere in his entire book.
Perter spoke out as directed by the Holy Spirit. He was speaking by the Holy Spirit. It was the Holy Spirit telling the people that the prophecy of Joel was beginning. I would not try to argue against what is written.
