/Demons must have a right to stay at a property. They NEED people in order to operate. IF there has been grave sin...murder, lust, adultery committed by people on a property, the people can leave behind demons that are attached to the property because of what happened there.
The house and land MUST be consecrate to the Lord and curses (reasons for the demons to be there) acknowledge and broken and THEN the demons can be cast out. There is protocol. Demons KNOW if you know and understand your authority in Christ OR NOT. And like the 7 brothers from Sceva, if you do not have a right RELATIONSHIP with Christ, you can end up causing more damage than good and you can also get hurt in the process. Spiritual warfare is nothing to mess around with.
