I think God uses Teenagers to have our faith grow through him, to get really for children so they can preach the word to their children, i also think God uses Teenagers to grow stronger in him and to get used to go to church and read the Bible:) God uses us at a young age like now or younger so when we grow up to get a job, we can possibly become a Preacher, Minister, or a Pastor:) God got plans for us and it kind of like when David went against Goliath, David was 16 years old and God was with him when he went against Goliath.

Your right on target! God loves to use people who in the worlds eyes are weak to do great things. Young people are often looked on as Inexperienced, And then there are people like me who have bad brain damage and many medical issues whome god uses to teach others. Or at least that goes for the rest of them, I only know what it is I want to be in him LOL

We old folks call teenagers like you the "Joshua generation". You will never know how hard my generation worked to get you to the doorway you are looking through when you see these kinds of things. There's a planet of people in sin to take back for the Kingdom of God, and make into the Promised Land of the Kingdom of God. Go to it!

Mike, I don't know what church you are in, or how they teach this, but the future is more than pastors, preachers and ministers. It's apostles, prophets, warriors, and miracle workers. You can set higher goals.

Matthew 21:16: And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
Psalms 8:2: Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.

Let's not forget you youngsters are also subject to authority... so be aware to honor and walk respectfully of the authority God has put over you.

Same thing Blain said. God uses the youth to confound the wise, because of their true relationship with the Lord. They are genuine in the love of God, they make the ones
who think they are wise or know it all think twice , they are not all religioned up but
portray the purity of the word from their heart and they aren't ashamed to talk about
what the Lord has done for them .....beautiful

Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather
in speech,
conduct,
love,
faith
and purity
,
show yourself an example of those who believe
. (1 Tim. 4:12)

The fellow teens that you set a good example for now,
in their older years may remember you fondly and you may be a good example to them then as well.
Even some of the ones that didn't like you as a teen, will realize and admit that you were a light.

You have a LOT of power as a teen or younger person, to set these kinds of lifelong examples for your peers. God bless you, and remember, you dwell among a rebellious people. :)

Peace.
