Christ was at the time of creation, to remove Christ would be to remove the triune God.
What I think is so misunderstood is who God the Father is, for to remove the Father is also to remove God. You say that Christ brought in the law of love, and that is such a misunderstanding. If you read the psalms it is filled with love. What you are saying about what Christ brought in is what the book of Isaiah is all about. If what you are saying about God the Father was correct, we would be created by a God without love for us, Jesus could not go back and stop the four thousand years the world would have been in without love and we would be in real danger today. Today's church is saying that it is only because we have a new God that we can have anything good.
That is simply not so. When God (not Christ, but God) brought in the new testament that was a better relationship we have with God (it includes Christ but it was God) then we have a better way to relate to God, not a better way to relate to Christ. In fact it was given to the world by first being given to the Jews only. We are only partakers of this covenant by the grace and love of God and adopted in. We repay God by saying it was Jesus alone who gave us gentiles this wonder, this thing of absolute beauty and love.

NO if you read John 3:16 for God so Loved the World HE Gave what did HE give?
HIS Son, Jesus was the Love of God revealed to the world Period. Everything in the Old was a type or shadow of HIS Son who God said In Genesis HE would come. Your assumption is that Jesus is not God I am not going to debate that foolishness . Jesus is God and the second person of the Trinity The eternal existence of the Son is in the word of God Jesus was not a created being .
