I believe the earth is 6000 years old, and He created everything in 6 literal days, and rested on the seventh literal day.

Which is symbolic of 6 literal days in a week, 1 literal day of rest, 6000 years of earth, which I do not know if it would be literal exactly 6000 years, and 1000 years of rest on earth.

Which concerning each day of creation it states that the evening and the morning were the first day, and so forth.

And God created the plant life after their kind, and the animals after their kind, and the sea life after their kind, and the birds after their kind, and the insects after their kind, which means God did not use evolution to bring about creation, and created everything in their mature form, and then they reproduced from there.

And God created Eve after Adam by taking one of his ribs and forming Eve, which she was not created by evolution, but right there on the spot in the garden.

And God created all the animals, and sea life, and insects, and Adam and Eve, from the dust of the earth, and not from an evolution process from a lower species to a higher species, for Adam and Eve were made of the dust of the earth, not evolved from apes.

1Ti 6:20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
1Ti 6:21 Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.

There is no purpose for the earth to be as old as some people believe it is above the 6000 years, especially when they get in to the millions, and billions of years, for God did not use evolution, so why would He wait that long to have things come about to have fellowship with people.

God understands the workings of physical matter, and can form it in to whatever He wants, and can make whatever He wants, no matter how big, or small, and there is no difference to Him what He makes, and life is life whether big or small.

So why would God create a lower species to evolve to a higher species, when He can create the higher species right away the same as He can create the lower species for there is no difference to Him, and creation of a life is creation of a life, no matter how small or how big, and no matter how simple, or how complicated.

God did not create a small planet, and it evolved and became a large planet, or a small star, and it evolved and became a large star.

God creates a single cell life, or a life that is 1 trillion miles long, and one trillion miles high, and 1000 miles wide, it is all simple to God, and He can also dissemble that big life form back to where it began.

So you are saying in a cave (s) for billions of years 6-50 billion( what ever it is all ridicules) the oxygen was different? What happened to the other element in the air? I am suppose to believe that over the word Yam... The Word of G-d!?!
It is entirely up to you to decide to believe what I imagine or think about it as a possibility or discard the idea as not possible. Not my call.

What is your belief in regard to the statement "in the beginning". Do you believe that God is telling us that we can be certain the beginning was 6,000 years ago or do you think there is a possibility that the beginning was in God's eternal time?

What is your belief about God telling us that at first the earth was "choshek" or, as the translators have it, darkness when God began?

This goes back to the original post you questioned me on... I think Yeshusa was right when He said "You believe in Moses believe also in Me"....

That realty doesn't answer my question at all. Moses made no statement saying the earth was 6,000 years old.

I believe absolutely in Christ, I believe absolutely in Moses, and I do believe God tells us the earth was here before God created it as a place for us to live. I believe in all three of these. So you can believe in Moses and believe scholars are incorrect about their interpretation of Genesis one.

If you add up the Genealogy from Adam to Christ, and from Christ to now, you will see that the earth is less than 15,000 years old, but more than 6,000 as some people claim.

Well if scholars say the Earth is Billions of years old I can and do say they are incorrect... Get new scholars...

G-d created everything in a day "Yam"... 24 hrs. or can even mean a generation 40 years... The only Scripture you can conceive years between is Gen.1:2, yet sin did not enter the Earth until sin, therefore we (humans) walked with dinosaurs.

You defend to me how regeneration of life took place from a signal cell and the death process according to evolution...

You have to defend your "theory" … NON PROVEN FACT …. G-D DEFENS HIMSELF!

Do you believe Torah is alive for today? You said you believe Moses....

Did you actually read or think about the post? God did not tell you that the earth is 6,000 years old at all, God told you that the earth was formed in the beginning. Does "in the beginning" actually read 6,000? I don't think so.
God also did not tell you the Earth is old, so everyone has a right to conclude based on what they think is reasonable. There is actually no conclusive evidence of an old earth.

We know scripture is correct, what I am saying is the our interpretation is wrong. We know God made the earth to accept humans 6,000 years ago, but we do not know that God says all science is wrong about the age of the earth.

Adding up the amount of time that humans as we know humanity lived on this earth is 6,000 years, but that does not tell us how old the earth is.

Evolution says that humans have been here at least 200,000 years. So can the Bible and evolution be right?

I think it is wrong when we say that there was nothing here of earth when God started creation of the earth as a place for humans as we know humanity to live. I think that when God said "in the beginning" God did not tell us when in our kind of time that beginning was. I also think that we cannot say that Genesis tells us that there was nothing here when God describes the first day of creation. Genesis tells us that God brought His goodness to what was darkness on that first day.

And how did life begin? Even for a single cell... So when does evolution say death entered the earth?

the earth is just like people in the way that sometimes people can look younger or older than their actual chronological age

there's the possibility that the earth is 6000 years old, fresh like spring chicken

after the sinful decision of biting the forbidden fruit, the ground was cursed, the earth aged fast, so it will be scientifically measured to be around the age of 4.7 billion years old

even though the real age is 6000 years old

truth vs perception

This post is not about evolution. That is an entirely different subject.

Is there a possibility I was not born in 1969, some guy is suing, in America, for what ever, he says since you can be wat ever gender you want why can he be not what age he wants.... I want to be in my 70's to get social security.... That sounds like you...

Is evolution right or G-d?

Who told you the earth is 6,000 years old? Scripture doesn't say that. It tells us of the people who lived here since the day God created Adam and made the earth to contain His goodness, but it does not tell us the age of the earth.
