Three times in the year you shall keep a feast to me. Exodus 23:14

Three times in the year shall all your males appear before the Lord God, the God of Israel. Exodus 34:23 Those 3 feasts are Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles.

Israel became a nation the day they left Egypt on Passover and this is the reason why there was a resurrection on Passover for it completed the command of Passover festival.

and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many. Mat. 27:53

Next up is Pentecost. The church started on this day as well as the New Covenant. Since we are grafted into the root thru Israel, gentiles will also be resurrected on Pentecost as well as the believing jews. This is the time of the wheat harvest which will be taken to the barn:

30 Let both grow together until the harvest; and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, Gather the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but gather the wheat into my barn.’”

And in the Millenium there will be another resurrection but on the feast of Tabernacles. ( After 8 days)

32 “From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near. 33 So also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, at the very gates. 34 Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all these things take place.

What feast of the Lord takes place when leaves appear, and summer is near??

Well, I would start with Leviticus 23 which lists the seven main feasts. Even tho Israel observed them they are called the feasts of the Lord. They hold knowledge of the Lord that is wound thru the scriptures.

Starts with Passover- the day the Lord was crucified, buried on the night of unleavened bread, raised on the beginning of first fruits, and sent the Holy Spirit on Pentecost.

I think that generation was the disciples generation, seeing the Temple come down, as said would happen by Jesus, not one stone left upon another stone. sacrifice over, completed in Son. sin taken out of the way by Son for us to now enter God's throne with thanksgiving and praise, to ask God (The Holy Spirit) how to walk new in Faith to his done work alone? For it is done is it not? Matt 5:17, John 19:30, Hebrews 9:14-17

My understanding is far different than yours for it speaks of the coming of the Lord. And will the temple be built again so the antichrist can take his seat in the temple of God?/

Okay, thank you for your view, I have nothing concrete, but Jesus as risen and lives in and through us in love and mercy to all, being led in the Holy Spirit , the Father of Jesus, now in belief our Father also. As Jesus said to Mary, he goes to Father and now your Father, which speaks to me my Father. John 20

Yes, I see the prophecy of the Temple being built again, not yet happened, yet will, when I do not know or care to know, standing in trust to God Father and Son, led by the Holy Spirit of, One day at a time. Planning stuff yes, for future, yet seeing it might not go as think it might go, Therefore daily dying to myself, to see the new life given me, by God presently, (The being the present) who remains faithful over everyone else and always has from day one of the fall of Adam the first.
Thanks for the insight you share in care also

Pentecost is the only feast not set by a calendar day.

Passover which always occurs on a full moon. The church today only reenacts the past events not celebrating the correct timing. The church celebrates Easter on the first Sunday after the spring equinox--which is found no place in the scriptures. Pleasing man's timing not God's. Easter now replaces Feast of First Fruits.

Pentecost is correctly counted on the morrow after the Sabbath and then seven more Sabbaths. Pentecost s always first day of the week.

For Paul had decided to sail past Ephesus, so that he might not have to spend time in Asia; for he was hastening to be at Jerusalem, if possible, on the day of Pentecost. Acts 20:16

Apostle Paul knew the significance of Pentecost

The Symbolism and Significance of the Feast of Passover: A Biblical Analysis with Connections to Jesus and Prophecy

Introduction:
The Feast of Passover holds a central place in the religious and ceremonial practices of the Israelites, as outlined in the book of Leviticus. Its significance transcends mere historical remembrance, embodying themes of deliverance, redemption, and divine protection. This article delves into the depths of Passover, elucidating its symbolism and exploring its connections to Jesus Christ and prophetic fulfillment.

The Scriptural Foundation:
Leviticus 23:5-8 provides explicit instructions regarding the observance of Passover. It details the timing of the feast, the requirement to eat unleavened bread for seven days, and the prohibition of servile work on the first and seventh days. Additionally, offerings are to be made to the Lord throughout the seven days, emphasizing the sacred nature of the celebration.

Symbolism of Passover:
Passover's symbolism is multi-layered and profound. The sacrificial lamb, whose blood protected the Israelites from the plague of death in Egypt, serves as a poignant symbol of redemption and salvation. The unleavened bread, representing purity and haste, underscores the urgency of the Israelites' departure from bondage. Moreover, the feast's emphasis on communal gathering and remembrance fosters a sense of collective identity and gratitude.

Connections to Jesus Christ:
For Christians, the connections between Passover and Jesus Christ are profound. Jesus' Last Supper with his disciples is often interpreted as a Passover meal, wherein he imbued the bread and wine with profound symbolism, anticipating his sacrificial death on the cross. Jesus himself is depicted as the "Lamb of God" in the New Testament, whose blood brings spiritual liberation and redemption. Thus, Jesus fulfills the prophetic imagery of the Passover lamb, offering himself as the ultimate atoning sacrifice for humanity's sins.

Prophetic Fulfillment:
Passover also holds significance in Jewish messianic expectations. Some Jews anticipate that the coming Messiah will fulfill the prophetic aspects of Passover, ushering in a new era of redemption and restoration for the Jewish people. Thus, Passover serves as a beacon of hope, pointing towards a future fulfillment of divine promises.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, the Feast of Passover stands as a testament to God's faithfulness and mercy, encapsulating themes of liberation, redemption, and divine intervention. Its symbolism resonates deeply with both Jews and Christians, offering profound insights into the nature of salvation and the fulfillment of prophecy. As we continue to observe Passover in reverence and gratitude, may we be reminded of its enduring significance in shaping our spiritual journeys and collective destiny.

There is one more feast called the feast of Dedication or festival of Lights that Jesus observed but not recorded in Leviticus. In john chapter 10:

22 It was the feast of the Dedication at Jerusalem; 23 it was winter, and Jesus was walking in the temple, in the portico of Solomon. 24 So the Jews gathered round him and said to him, “How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” 25 Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness to me; 26 but you do not believe, because you do not belong to my sheep. 27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me; 28 and I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me,[a] is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.”

The story comes from the book of Maccabees: celebrates the Maccabees' victory over Greek oppression and the rededication of the Temple in Jerusalem. A miraculous event occurred during the rededication of the Temple when God caused the eternal flame to burn for eight days on one day's worth of oil.

The Prophetic Significance of the Feast of Unleavened Bread: A Reflection on Its Connection to Jesus Christ

Introduction:
The Feast of Unleavened Bread, occurring immediately after Passover, marks a period of commemoration and reflection on the liberation of the Israelites from Egyptian bondage. Beyond its historical significance, this feast bears profound spiritual implications, intricately woven into the tapestry of biblical prophecy and fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ.

Historical Context:
Rooted in the narrative of the Exodus, the Feast of Unleavened Bread symbolizes the haste with which the Israelites departed from Egypt, refraining from leavened bread to signify purity and consecration. This physical act of removing leaven from households carries deeper spiritual symbolism, reflecting the call to remove sin and impurity from one's life.

Biblical Prophecy and Foreshadowing:
Throughout the Old Testament, the imagery of unleavened bread emerges as a symbol of purity and righteousness. In Isaiah 53:5, the suffering servant, foretold by the prophet, is described as "pierced for our transgressions" and "crushed for our iniquities," foreshadowing the sacrificial atonement to be fulfilled in Christ.

Connection to Jesus Christ:
The life and ministry of Jesus Christ embody the prophetic significance of the Feast of Unleavened Bread in profound ways. As the sinless Lamb of God, Jesus lived a life free from the leaven of sin, fulfilling the requirement of purity demanded by the Law. His sacrificial death on the cross, coinciding with the timing of Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, serves as the ultimate atonement for humanity's sin, providing redemption and reconciliation with God.

Scriptural Fulfillment:
In the New Testament, the Gospel accounts detail how Jesus observed the Passover with his disciples, instituting the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. In Matthew 26:26-28, Jesus takes the unleavened bread, symbolizing his body, and the cup, representing his blood, establishing a new covenant of grace and forgiveness.

Conclusion:
The Feast of Unleavened Bread transcends its historical and cultural significance, offering a profound glimpse into the redemptive plan of God. Through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, this ancient feast finds its ultimate fulfillment, serving as a testament to the divine orchestration of salvation history and the transformative power of God's love. As believers reflect on the significance of this feast, may they be reminded of the enduring promise of redemption and the hope found in Christ alone.

Acts 2:17 ‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares, ----meaning 2000 years

Just as the church began on Pentecost, it shall end on this day for the righteous jews and gentiles.
