It's always interesting to hear about how different people process information, and I'm glad that a conversation about perch sparked your curiosity about hunting and fishing. As for your question about a place in scripture where hunting and fishing are not mentioned, I'm not sure myself.
Genesis 10:9 He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.

Nimrod is a type of the Antichrist

Mark 1:17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

Apostles and disciples are fishers of men.

hunting…

John 21
9 As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.
10 Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.
11 Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.
12 Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.

I can't recall any perch or plaice in scripture.

I do not think that any killing or hurting animals for "sports" is allowed in the Bible or morally justifiable.

No, it will not be in heaven. There will be no death and no pain in heaven.
I agree. I can't imagine how a person can find pleasure in taking any life
. It is necessary to take life for food and to manage our earth, but it is then not a sport.

Matt. 10:29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.[

God loves and cares for all life, even sparrows. We are not reflecting God within us if we kill for fun.
