The Bible says ," Let no one despise your youth." It also tells us that those in authority have much greater responsibility and this Pastor is accountable.
I respect you for not accepting sin in the Church, the Bible teaches that it is not acceptable with God to turn a blind eye to sexual immorality in the Church.

Believers do not have rights they have a responsibility to walk with the Spirit.

The commandment is to not let anyone look down on ones youth. And or with to live with peace with God as much as possible depending on two walking togethter . In that way we are to rebuke our neighbor frankly so that we do not share in their guilt .Moving to another format could be the peace you were hoping for. There are many leaders that honor the vitreous purity commandments as examples to the flock. .
